Claims (22)
- 열가소성 수지 95∼100중량% 및 평균 입자경 0.2∼2㎛의 무기 또는 유기 미세분말 0∼5중량%을 함유하는 1축연신필름 기재층(A)의 한쪽 면에, 열가소성 수지 85∼99중량% 및 평균 입자경 0.7∼3㎛의 무기 미세분말 1∼15중량%을 함유하는 1축연신 필름 표면층(B)을 갖고, 또한 상기 기재층(A)의 반대쪽 면에, 융점 80℃∼140℃의 열가소성 수지 90∼99중량% 및 평균 입자경 0.7∼3㎛의 무기 또는 유기 미세분말 1∼10중량%을 함유하는 1축연신 필름 접착층(C)을 갖는 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기재층(A), 표면층(B) 및 접착층(C)이 2∼8배로 1축연신된 필름인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀 수지를 포함하는 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접착층(C)에 포함되는 열가소성 수지의 융점이 80∼140℃인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접착층(C)에 포함되는 열가소성 수지가 에틸렌계 수지인 투명라벨.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 접착층(C)에 포함되는 열가소성 수지가 에틸렌 ·아크릴산에스테르 공중합체, 에틸렌 ·초산비닐 공중합체 및 에틸렌 ·α-올레핀 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 미세분말이 중질 탄산칼슘, 소성 진흙 및 탈크로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 미세분말이 상기 열가소성 수지보다도 융점이 높고 비상용성인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면층(B)에 있어서의 입자경 44㎛ 이상의 입자의 함유량이 10ppm 이하인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 종방향의 클라크강도가 30∼250, 횡방향의 클라크강도가 10∼50의 범위 내인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 불투명도가 20% 이하인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접착층(C)의 평활도가 100∼2500초의 범위 내인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전층의 두께가 60∼250㎛의 범위 내인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면층(B) 및 접착층(C)의 두께가 1∼10㎛의 범위 내인 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 인몰드 성형용인 투명라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재층(A) 및 표면층(B)에 포함되는 열가소성 수지가 프로필렌 단독 중합체, 프로필렌 ·에틸렌 중합체 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면층(B)에 인쇄가 되어 있는 투명라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접착층(C)에 엠보스가공이 되어 있는 투명라벨.
- 열가소성 수지 95∼100중량% 및 평균 입자경 0.2∼2㎛의 무기 또는 유기 미세분말 0∼5중량%을 함유하는 기재층(A)의 한쪽 면에, 열가소성 수지 85∼99중량% 및 평균 입자경 0.7∼3㎛의 무기 미세분말 1∼15중량%을 함유하는 표면층(B)을 형성하고, 또한 상기 기재층(A)의 반대쪽 면에, 융점80℃∼140℃의 열가소성 수지 90 ∼99중량% 및 평균 입자경 0.7∼3㎛의 무기 또는 유기 미세분말 1∼10중량%을 함유하는 접착층(C)을 형성하고, 형성된 적층체를 1축연신하는 공정을 포함하는 투명라벨의 제조방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 1축연신의 연신배율이 2∼8배인 제조방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 1축연신을 롤군의 주속차를 이용하여 하는 제조방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 1축연신을 하기 전에 접착층(C)에 엠보스가공을 하는 제조방법.
