Abstract
본 발명은 철-기지 분말 조성물의 피절삭성을 개선시키기 위한 첨가제를 제공하려는 것이며, 상기 첨가제를 포함하는 분말 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 소결제품을 제공하려는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다른 첨가제는 분말 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 0.1내지 0.6중량 퍼센트의 플루오르화 칼슘을 포함한다.

Claims (9)
- 경질 재료로부터 유리되어, 철 또는 강 분말로 제조된 소결 제품이 피절삭성을 개선시키기 위한 첨가제에 있어서, 플루오르와 칼슘과 플루오르화 바륨의 혼합물로서 구성되고, 상기 플루오르화 칼슘과 상기 플루오르화바륨 입자들은 흑연에 달라 붙지 않으며, 황으로부터 유리되어 하나 또는 그 이상의 피절삭성 개선용 첨가제와 결합함을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플로오르화 칼슘과 상기 플루오르화 바륨의 결합이 용융에 의해서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플로오르화 칼슘 대 상기 플루오르화 바륨의 중량비가 20:80내지 60:40인 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용융된 분말이 38중량 퍼센트의 상기 플루오르화 칼슘과 62중량 퍼센트의 상기 플루오르화 바륨으로 이루어진 공정조성물을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르화 칼슘과 상기 플루오르화 바륨의 총중량을 기초로 할때, 30중량 퍼센트, 바람직하게는 20중량 퍼센트의 MnS를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 0.1내지 1.2중량 퍼센트의 탄소(C), 0내지 0.6중량 퍼센트의 인(P), 0내지 25중량 퍼센트의 크롬(Cr), 0내지 10중량 퍼센트의 망간(Mn), 0내지 5중량 퍼센트의 구리(Cu), 0내지 8중량 퍼센트의 니켈(Ni), 및 0내지 2중량퍼센트의 몰리브덴(Mo)을 함유하고 있으며, 경질의 재료로부터 유리되고, 개선된 피절삭성을 갖는 제품으로 압분 및 소결되는 철-기지 분말 조성물에 있어서, 피절삭성 개선용 첨가제로서 0.1내지 1.0중량 퍼센트 플루오르화 칼슘과 플루오르화 바륨의 혼합 분말을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철-기지 분말 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피절삭성을 개선용 첨가제가 상기 플루오르화 칼슘과 상기 플루오르화 바륨의 총 중량을 기초로 할때, 30중량 퍼센트, 바람직하게는 20중량 퍼센트의 MnS를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 0.05내지 0.5중량 퍼센트, 바람직하게는 0.1내지 0.3중량 퍼센트의 MnS2를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 개선된 피절삭성을 가지며 경질의 재료로부터 유리되는 소결 제품에 있어서, 피절삭성 개선용 첨가제인 MnS와 함께, 0.1내지 1.2중량 퍼센트, 탄소(C), 0내지 0.6중량 퍼센트의 인(P), 0내지 25중량 퍼센트의 크롬(Cr), 0내지 10중량 퍼센트 망간(Mn), 0내지 5중량 퍼센트의 구리(Cu), 0내지 8중량 퍼센트의 니켈(Ni), 및 0내지 2중량 퍼센트의 몰리브덴(Mo)및 0.1내지 1.0원자 퍼센트의 플루오르화 칼슘과 플루오르화 바륨과의 혼합 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
