Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.事実上、硬質相材料を含まない鉄粉または鋼粉から作られた焼結晶の切削性 を改善する材料であって、この材料が、事実上、黒鉛粒子に付着していないCa F2粒子から成り、選択的に、事案上S(硫黄)元素が存在しない1またはそれ 以上の従来の切削性改善添加剤と組み合わせて用いることを特徴とする材料。 2.請求項1に記載された材料において、平均粒径が100μm未満、好ましく は約20μm〜約70μmの遊離CaF2粒子を、粉末が含むことを特徴とする 材料。 3.請求項1から請求項2までのいずれか1項に記載された材料において、切削 性改善添加剤が、CaF2の総重量の多くとも30重量%、好ましくは多くとも 15重量%の量を占めるMnSであることを特徴とする材料。 4.高い切削性を持つ製品に圧粉成形され焼結される、事実上、硬質相材料を含 まず、鉄に加えて、合金元素であるC、P、Cr、Mn、Cu、NiおよびMO の少なくとも1つを含む鉄基粉末組成物において、鉄粉が、請求項1、請求項2 、請求項3に記載のCaF2粉末を0.1〜0.6重量%、好ましくは0.15 〜0.6重量%、最も好ましくは0.2〜0.5重量%含有することを特徴とす る鉄基粉末組成物。 5.請求項4に記載された粉末組成物において、組成物の重量を基にして、次の 含有率:C0.1〜1.2重量%、P0〜0.6重量%、Cr0〜25重量96 、Mn0〜10重量%、Cu0〜5重量%、Ni0〜8重量%、Mo0〜2重量 %で、合金元素が含まれる粉末組成物。 6.請求項5に記載された粉末組成物であって、この粉末組成物は、MoS2を 0.05〜0.5重量%、好ましくは0.1〜0.3重量%含有することを特徴 とする粉末組成物。 7.高い切削性を持ち、事実上、硬質相材料を含まない焼結製品であって、当該 製品が、C0.1〜1.2重量%、P0〜0.6重量%、Cr0〜25重量%、 Mn0〜10重量%、Cu0〜5重量%、Ni0〜8重量%およびMo0〜2重 量%、そして請求項1、請求項2、請求項3に記載されたCaF20.1〜0. 6重量%含有する焼結製品。 8.事実上、硬質相材料を含まない鉄粉または鋼粉から作られた焼結製品の切削 性を改善するための、黒鉛粒子に付着していないCaF2粒子の使用。 9.黒鉛粒子に付着していないCaF2粒子を、事実上、硬質相材料を含まない 鉄粉または鋼粉に添加する段階と、この秩粉または鋼粉を圧粉体に圧粉成形する 段階と、圧粉体を焼結する段階とを含む焼結製品の切削性を改善する方法。
