Abstract
본 발명은 철-기지 분말 조성물의 피절삭성을 개선시키기 위한 첨가제를 제공하려는 것이며, 상기 첨가제를 포함하는 분말 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 소결제품을 제공하려는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다른 첨가제는 분말 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 0.1내지 0.6중량 퍼센트의 플루오르화 칼슘을 포함한다.

Claims (9)
- 경질 재료로부터 유리되어, 철 또는 강 분말로 제조된 소결 제품의 피절삭성을 개선시키기 위한 첨가제에 있어서, 플루오르와 칼슘 입자들로서 구성되고, 상기 플루오르와 칼슘 입자들은 흑연에 달라 붙지 않으며, 황으로 부터 유리되어 하나 또는 그 이상의 피절삭성 개선용 첨가제와 결합함을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100㎛이하, 바람직하게는 20㎛내지 70㎛의 평균 입자크기를 갖는 상기 플로오르화 칼슘(CaF2)입자들을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 피절삭성 개선용 첨가제가, 상기 플로오르화 칼슘(CaF2)의 총중량을 기초로 할때, 30중량 퍼센트, 바람직하게는 15중량 퍼센트에 달하는 양의 MnS임을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
- 철(Fe)이외에 함금 원소인 탄소(C), 인(P), 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni) 및 몰리브덴(Mo)중 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하며, 경질의 재료로부터 유리되고, 압분 및 소결에 의해서 개선된 피절삭성를 갖는 제품으로 형성되는 철-기지 분말 조성물에 있어서, 0.1내지 0.6중량퍼센트, 바람직하게는 0.15내지 0.6중량 퍼센트, 보다 바람직하게는 0.2내지 0.5중량 퍼센트의 플루오르화 칼슘(CaF2)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철-기지 분말 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 철-기지 분말 조성물의 중량을 기초로 할때, 0.1내지 1.2중량 퍼세트의 탄소(C), 0내지 0.6중량 퍼센트로 인(P), 0내지 25중량 퍼센트의 크롬(Cr), 0내지 10중량퍼센트의 망간(Mn), 0내지 5중량 퍼센트의 구리(Cu), 0내지 8중량 퍼센트의 니켈(Ni), 및 0내지 2중량퍼센트가 몰리브덴(Mo)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철-기지 분말 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 0.05내지 0.5중량 퍼센트, 바람직하게는 0.1내지 0.3중량 퍼센트의 MoS2를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철-기지 분말 조성물.
- 개선된 피절삭성을 가지며 경질의 재료로부터 유리되는 소결제품에 있어서, 0.1내지 1.2중량 퍼센트의 탄소(C), 0내지 0.6중량 퍼센트 인(P), 0내지 25중량 퍼센트 크롬(Cr), 0내지 10중량 퍼센트의 망간(Mn), 0내지 5중량 퍼센트의 구리(Cu), 0내지 8중량 퍼센트 니켈(Ni), 및 0내지 2중량 퍼센트의 몰리브덴(Mo) 및 0.1내지 0.6중량의 플루오르화 칼슘(CaF2)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결제품.
- 경질의 재료로 부터 유리되고, 철 또는 강 분말로 부터 형성되는 소결 제품의 피절삭성을 개선시키기 위해서 흑연입자들에 달라붙지 않은 플루오르화 칼슘(CaF2)입자들을 사용하는 방법.
- 소결제품의 피절삭성을 개선시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 흑연입자들에 달라붙지 않는 플루오르화 칼슘(CaF2)입자들을 경질의 재료로부터 유리되는 철 또는 강 분말에 추가되는 단계와, 상기 철 또는 강 분말을 생형본체(green body)로 압분하는 단계와, 그리고 상기 생형본체를 소결하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
