Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide composite powder having sprayed layer excellent in wear resistance, by mixing Fe-Cr or Fe-MO powder which forms hard dispersed phase in a sprayed layer and carbide paricles of Cr-Cr or Mo-Mo which forms bonding phase so as to form specific composition. CONSTITUTION:Hard particles of one or more member among Fe-Cr, Fe-Mo, Fe- W, Fe-Nb, Fe-V powder of 600-1,300 Vickers hardness and <=10mu average particle diameter are mixed with carbide particles of Cr-Cr, Mo-Mo, W-W, and Fe particles <=10mu average particle diameter to prepare raw material powder. The mixture consists by wt% of 10-70 hard particles, 1-6 C, 5-30 Cr, in addition, 2-10 Mo and/or 2-6 W, the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities.
