Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the hardness and to improve the wear resistance at the high temperature by forming build-up welding material of a powder mixture of Co base alloy powder with the specific composition with ceramic particles carbide with the specific composition proportion. CONSTITUTION:The composite welding material for the plasma pulverulent body welding build-up is the powder mixture consisting of the ceramic powder carbide and metallic powder. The composition proportion of the ceramic particles carbide is made to 20-70wt.% and the metallic powder is the Co base alloy powder consisting of 27-33% Cr, 4-18% W, 0.5-3% Fe, 0.8-2.5% C and the balance Co materially. By this method, the durability of various members requiring the wear resistance, strength and heat resistance at the high-temperature area is improved.
