Abstract

기판을 확실하게 지지함과 동시에 기판의 원만한 배출을 가능하게 하는 이젝트기구 부착형 카드 에지 커넥트를 제공한다.
가이드 포스트(13a)(13b)사이에 삽입된 자 기판(200)은 이젝트 기구(15)에 의해 배출된다. 이젝트 기구(15)는 푸시 바(31) 및 캠부재(32)로부터 이루어진다. 푸시 바(31)의 잠금암(44)은 기판의 절결부(210a)와 결합하는 푸시 바(31)가 하향슬라이딩될 때 푸시 바(31)는 경사슬라이딩하여 결합을 해제하고, 캠부재(32)와의 협동에 의해 자 기판(200)을 배출한다.

제2도는 제1도(b)중의 A-A선을 따른 단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 카드 에지 커넥터의 이젝트 기구에 사용되는 푸시 바를 도시한 것으로, (a)평면도, (b)측면도, 제5도는 제1도의 카드 에지 커넥터가 가지는 이젝트 기구의 자기판의 완전삽입시의 배열을 도시하는 가이드 포스트의 부분 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 자 기판을 한 쌍의 가이드 포스트 사이에 삽입하여 모기판과 전기적으로 상호 접속됨과 함께 상기 자기판을 배출하는 이젝트 기구를 갖춘 이젝트기구 부착형 카드 에지 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 이젝트 기구는 상기 가이드 포스트의 적어도 한쪽 내부를 상기 가이드 포스트의 길이 방향으로 대략 직선운동하는 푸시 바와, 해당 푸시 바에 의해 회전운동을 하며 상기 자 기판의 단부를 밀어내는 캠부재를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 이젝트기구 부착형 카드 에지 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠부재는 상기 포스트의 기부(基部)근방에 회전가능하도록 부착형되고, 상기 자기판의 삽입에 의해 제1위치로 회전하고, 상기 푸시 바의 압압에 의해 제2위치로 회전하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이젝트기구 부착형 카드 에지 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 푸시 바에는 상기 자기판의 절결부와 결합하여 상기 자기판을 고정하는 돌기부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이젝트기구 부착형 카드 에지 커넥터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 포스트 내면에는 캠면이 형성되고 상기 푸시 바에는 상기 캠면과 맞닿는 돌기가 형성되며, 상기 푸시 바를 압압하면 외측으로 이동하여 상기 자 기판과의 결합이 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이젝트기구 부착형 카드 에지 커넥터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 포스트의 상기 자 기판의 안내면에는 상기 자 기판에 형성된 절결부와 결합하는 돌기를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 이젝트기구 부착형 카드 에지 커넥터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 푸시 바와 상기 가이드 포스트의 대향면에는 상기 푸시 바의 압압이동에 의해 상기 자 기판과 상기 가이드 포스트 사이의 결합을 해제하는 결합해제부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이젝트기구 부착형 카드 에지 커넥터.
