Abstract

본 발명은 디스크 프레이어의 디스크 카트리지 삽입 및 취출장치에 관한 것으로서, 디스크 카트리지의 삽입 및 취출이 모터없이 부재들가의 연동에 의해 이루어지도록 한 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 카트리지 삽입 및 취출장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 데크에 회동 가능하게 힌지 설치되는 카트리지 홀더와, 상기 카트리지 홀더의 상면에 설치되는 록킹부재와, 카트리지 홀더의 상승시 상기 록킹부재와 연동되어 록킹상태를 해제시키는 록킹해제부재와, 카트리지 홀더의 상면에 설치되며 카트리지 홀더에 삽입된 디스크 카트리지를 취출시키는 취출부재를 구비하여 구성된다. 따라서 구성부품수가 적어 조립 및 구조가 간단하고, 원가를 절감할 수 있게 된다. 본 발명은 디스크 카트리지를 채용하는 디스크 플레이어 적용되며, 특히 미니디스크 카트리지를 사용하는 소형 디스크 플레이어에 적합하다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 카트리지 삽입 및 취출장치를 도시한 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 카트리지 삽입 및 취출장치의 디스크 카트리지가 삽입된 상태를 도시한 평면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 데크의 상면에 그 일측이 회동 가능하게 힌지 연결되는 카트리지 홀더, 상기 카트리지 홀더의 상면에 직선이동 가능하게 설치됨과 동시에 스프링에 의해 디스크 카트리지의 삽입방향 쪽으로 탄성바이어스되도록 설치되며, 일측에 록킹편이 형성된 록킹부재; 상기 데크에 그 일단이 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 카트리지 홀더의 상승시 그 타단이 상기 록킹부재와 연동되어 록킹부재의 록킹상태를 해제시키는 록킹해제부재; 상기 카트리지 홀더의 상면에 스프링에 의해 디스크 카트리지의 취출방향 쪽으로 탄성바이어스되도록 설치되며, 일측에 상기 록킹편에 걸리는 걸림편과 록킹해제부재를 승강시키는 승강편이 형성되고, 타측에 카트리지 홀더의 내부로 돌출되어 삽입된 디스크 카트리지를 취출시키는 취출편이 형성된 취출부재를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 카트리지 삽입 및 취출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 록킹해제부재의 일측이 상기 데크의 상기 카트리지 홀더의 회전중심보다 위에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 스프링에 의해 상기 카트리지 홀더 쪽으로 탄성바이어스되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 카트리지 삽입 및 취출장치.
