Abstract

一种内存卡扣装置,包括内存插槽、卡扣件以及操作件,卡扣件安装于内存插槽的一端,操作件枢接于卡扣件用于扳动卡扣件来拆装内存条。相较现有技术,本发明内存卡扣装置可以相对卡扣件枢转操作件以有效节省空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内存卡扣装置。
背景技术
如图5所示,内存条通常通过一插接于主板上的内存插槽100与主板进行电性连接。内存插槽100的两侧分别枢设一卡扣件200,每一卡扣件200包括一卡扣于内存条的卡扣部201及一自卡扣件200向外凸伸形成的一手柄部202。因为手柄部202凸伸于卡扣件200之外,必将占用主板较多的投影面积,不利于提高主板空间的利用率。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种节省主板空间的内存卡扣装置。
一种内存卡扣装置,包括内存插槽、卡扣件以及操作件,卡扣件安装于内存插槽的一端,操作件枢接于卡扣件用于扳动卡扣件来拆装内存条。
相较现有技术,本发明内存卡扣装置的操作件可以相对卡扣件枢转以有效节省主板空间。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明内存卡扣装置的较佳实施方式用于固定一内存条90,该内存卡扣装置包括一连接于一主板(图未示)的内存插槽10、两卡扣件20以及两操作件30。内存条90的两端分别开设有卡槽92。
请一并参阅图2,内存插槽10的两端分别设有一连接部11,连接部11的外侧面开设有一收容部12,收容部12内壁两侧各开设一相对的固定孔122。
卡扣件20大致呈L形,其包括一安装部21以及一与安装部21垂直的卡扣部23。安装部21的下端两侧分别向外凸设一凸轴212。卡扣部23与安装部21的交接处分别向外凸设一枢轴232。卡扣件20于每一枢轴232的上方及一侧沿竖直及水平方向分别凸设一第一定位块234及一第二定位块236。第一定位块234及第二定位块236之间的夹角呈90度。
操作件30包括一主体部31及自该主体部31的一侧两端延伸形成的两平行的枢接部32。主体部31上设有若干防滑条。每一枢接部32上开设一枢接孔322,枢接孔322的外侧间隔一定距离开设一环形的滑槽324。枢接部32于该滑槽324内凸设一挡块326。
请一并参阅图3及图4,组装时,卡扣件20的凸轴212分别安装于连接部11的两固定孔122内,使卡扣件20的安装部21可收容于连接部11的收容部12内。卡扣件20的两枢轴232分别枢接于操作件30的两枢接孔322内进而将操作件30枢接于卡扣件20。
请继续参阅图3,需要安装内存条90时,向外枢转操作件30,至操作件30的挡块326卡抵于卡扣件20的第二定位块236时,继续向外扳动操作件30使卡扣件20的安装部21发生弹性变形,将内存条90插接于内存插槽10上,松开操作件30,卡扣件20的安装部21回弹使卡扣件20的卡扣部23卡入内存条90的卡槽92内将内存条90固定。然后向内枢转操作件30至操作件30的挡块326卡抵于卡扣件20的第一定位块234的远离第二定位块236的一侧,这样可以减少操作件30在主板上的投影面积。

Claims (6)

1.一种内存卡扣装置,包括内存插槽、卡扣件以及操作件,卡扣件安装于内存插槽的一端,操作件枢接于卡扣件用于扳动卡扣件来拆装内存条。
2.如权利要求1所述的内存卡扣装置,其特征在于:卡扣件包括一安装部及一卡扣部,安装部的两侧各凸设一凸轴,内存插槽的两端分别设有一连接部,连接部的外侧面开设有一收容部用于收容卡扣件的安装部,收容部内壁两侧各开设一相对的固定孔,安装部的凸轴安装于收容部的固定孔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的内存卡扣装置,其特征在于:卡扣部分别向外凸设一枢轴,操作件包括一主体部及自主体部的一侧两端延伸形成的两平行的枢接部,每一枢接部上开设一枢接孔,卡扣部的枢轴分别枢接于操作件的枢接孔内。
4.如权利要求3所述的内存卡扣装置,其特征在于:卡扣件于每一枢轴的周围凸设一第一定位块及一第二定位块,枢接孔的外侧开设一环形的滑槽,枢接部于该滑槽内凸设一挡块,挡块可分别与卡扣件的第一定位块及第二定位块卡挡。
5.如权利要求4所述的内存卡扣装置,其特征在于:第一定位块及第二定位块之间的夹角呈90度。
6.如权利要求4所述的内存卡扣装置,其特征在于:第一定位块及第二定位块沿竖直及水平方向分别形成于卡扣件的每一枢轴的上方及一侧。
