Abstract

본 발명은 블레이드 타입의 탄성접촉재이면서 삽입개구부(3)를 갖춘 접촉슬롯(2)이 구비된 절연변위 접촉부재(1)에 관한 것으로, 접촉슬롯(2)에 평행한 외부선단(9)의 접촉슬롯(2) 와이어접촉지역부에 만입부(10,24)가 구비되어 절연변위접촉부재(1)의 스프링특성을 향상시키도록 되어있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 절연변위 접촉부재의 제1실시예를 도시한 정면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 절연변위 접촉부재의 제2실시예를 도시한 정면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 블레이드타입의 탄성접촉재이면서 삽입개구부를 갖춘 접촉슬롯이 구비되고, 그 외부선단(9)은 상기 접촉슬롯(2)과 대체로 평행하면서 접촉슬롯(2)의 와이어 접촉지역 부위에 만입부(10,24)가 구비된 절연변위 접촉부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 만입부(10,24)의 길이(L)가 접촉슬롯(2)의 와이어접촉부의 길이(1)와 거의 일치하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연변위 접촉부재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 만입부(10,24)의 폭(B)이 만입부(10,24)와 접촉슬롯(2) 사이에 위치한 접촉레그(5,25,26,27)의 접촉재의 폭(b)과 거의 일치하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연변위 접촉부재.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입개구부(3)에 대향된 접촉슬롯(2)의 내부선단(12)에 접촉슬롯(2)의 폭에 대해 바닥슬롯(16)의 폭을 증가시키는 삼각형상의 측방향 비절단부(13)와, 내부선단(12)을 종결하는 반원형부(14)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연변위 접촉부재.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 U자형 슬롯(17)의 바닥슬롯(16)이 삽입개구부(3)에 대향된 접촉슬롯(2)의 내부선단(12)에 횡방향으로 결합되고, U자형 슬롯(17)의 측슬롯(18)은 삽입개구부(3)쪽을 향하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연변위 접촉부재.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 삽입개구부(3)가 V자형상을 띠면서 접촉스롯레그(5,25)의 자유단이 브래킷타입의 웨브(15)수단으로 삽입개구부(3) 지역에서 서로 결합되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 절연변위 접촉부재.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 만입부(24)가 외부선단(9)에 다각형이나 포물선 내지 이와 유사한 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연변위 접촉부재.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접촉슬롯(2)의 삽입개구부(28)가 완전한 원형상으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연변위 접촉부재.
