제3도는 절연피복재로 감싸인 도선을 삽입시키기 위하여 스프링을 들어올린 상태로 도시한 제1도의 공구의 측면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 케이블 지지조립체와 케이블의 절연피복재에 칼자국을 내기 위한 절단장치로 구성한 것으로서, 조립체(1)상에 지지스프링(5)을 부착하여 들어 올렸을 경우에는 절연피복재로 둘러싸인 케이블을 조립체상에 올려놓을 수 있도록 하는 한편 내렸을 경우에는 기 조립체상에 놓여진 케이블을 지지함과 동시에 칼날(7)에 대하여 누르는 작용을 하도록 하였음을 특징으로 하는 케이블의 절연피복재를 벗겨내는 탈피공구.
  2. 제1항의 것으로서, 조립체는 성형부재(19,20)로 형성하여 이 성형부재의 종방향으로 지지스프링(5)을 집어넣을 수 있는 길다란 홈(2)을 형성시키는 한편 조립체의 일단에 손가락 구멍(6)을 형성시켜 이 구멍에 의해서 케이블과 조립체간의 상대적인 회전이 이루어지게끔 하여 그 절연피복재의 둘레가 완전히 한바퀴 절단되도록 하였음을 특징으로 하는 탈피공구.
  3. 제2항의 것으로서, 조립체상에 테두리(3)를 형성시켜 그 속에 형성시킨 둥금흠(4) 속에 절연피복재로 둘러싸인 케이블을 지지시키도록 하였음을 특징으로 하는 탈피공구.
  4. 제3항의 것으로서, 칼날(7)을 성형부재(19,20) 속에 박어서 둥근흠(4) 속에서 케이블에 대하여 노출되도록 하였음을 특징으로 하는 탈피공구.
  5. 제4항의 것으로서, 탄성부재는 지지스프링(5)으로 하였음을 특징으로 하는 탈피공구.
  6. 제3항의 것으로서, 절연피복재로 둘러싸인 케이블을 지지하는 부분은 테두리(3)로 하였음을 특징으로하는 탈피공구.
  7. 제4항의 것으로서, 지지스프링(5)은 힌지(21)로 설치하였음을 특징으로 하는 탈피공구.
  8. 제7항의 것으로서, 힌지(21)는 손가락 구멍(6) 옆에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 탈피공구.
