Claims (7)

  1. 탄성판형 접촉 물질의 단자소자와 홈에서 단말되는 도체사이에 다방성 공기 갭을 가지면서 납땜, 비틀림 및 벗김없이 도선을 접속시키는 접속장치에 있어서, 단일 단자소자(1)는 Ｘ형 단면이고, 도체(2) 특히, 알루미늄 혹은 다선 구리 도체는, 각각이 두 개의 Ｖ형 중심부(5),(6)로 포함하는 두 삽입구(3)(4)와 그 하단부에 두 개의 갈라진 절단 창살(7),(8)을 거쳐 홈(10)으로 삽입되며, 절단창살은 갈라져서 서로 마주보고 있는 위치에서 도체의 절연체를 벗겨서 절단하며, 홈내에서 단말처리될 도체와이어(2)의 굵기, 홈(10)의 폭, 그리고 탄성 홈벽(10a), (10b)이 접촉압력을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속장치.
  2. 제1항에 의한 도선 접속장치에 있어서 다른 굵기의 도체(2)도 단말처리할 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속장치.
  3. 제1항에 의한 도선 접속장치에 있어서, 절단 창살(7)(8)은 서로 연관된 Ｖ형 공간을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속장치.
  4. 제1항에 의한 도선 접속장치에 있어서 홈(10)의 폭은 도선(2)굵기에 따라 조절될 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속장치.
  5. 제1항에 의한 도선 접속장치에 있어서, 접촉면적의 크기는 필요에 따라 선택될 수 있게한 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속장치.
  6. 제1항에 의한 도선 접속장치에 있어서, 단자소자(1)는 연결부재에 의해 서로 견고하게 결합되는 두개의 Ｖ형 단면부분(14)(15)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속장치.
  7. 제1항에 의한 도선 접속장치에 있어서, 단자소자(1)는 두개의 훅형부분(16)(17)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속장치.
