Claims (16)

  1. 균일두께의 금속판 1장으로부터 만들어지고 특히 일반 전원 전류에 적합한 전기 코넥터에 있어서, 그 코넥터는 코넥터를 수납하는 외함에 의해 특별히 미리 결정된 방향으로 전기도체가 삽입되고 안전하게 접속되는 다수의 접촉부를 포함하며, 각 접촉부에는 2개의 마주대하는 접촉부분이 마련되어 그 중하나는 도체가 삽입되는 방향에서 볼때 그 기부에서 도체를 향하여 경사지게 연장되고 예각의 경사각으로 도체에 접촉되는 스프링 설부로 만들어지고, 2개의 마주대하는 접촉부분들은 한장의 금속판을 무단 절단하여 형성되어 한장에 도체를 잡고 전기적으로 접촉되며 빠지는 것을 방지하도록 상호 작용하는 접촉부분을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 삽입형 전기 코넥터.
  2. 접촉부분들 사이의 거리가 도체 단면적의 미리 설정된 범위내에서 도체의 측과 삽입된 도체가 잡아당기고 동시에 돌려서 당시 뽑아지면서 접촉 엘리먼트에 영구 변형을 일으키지 않는 예각의 경사각으로 되어지는 칫수로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 코넥터.
  3. 상기 스프링설부이의 접촉부분이 상기 금속판에 만들어져서 상기 스프링설부에 반대되는 가능한 높은 강도의 지지불ㄹ 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 청구범위 2에 따른 코넥터.
  4. 상기 지지부분의 자유단부에 인접한 지지부분의 끝부분이 구부러져서 증가된 지지면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 청구범위 3에 따른 코넥터.
  5. 상기 지지부분이 그 자유단부 근처에 스프링설부를 가로지르는 나머지 지지부분을 가로지르는 절단 모서리가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3혹은 4에 따른 코넥터.
  6. 두 접촉부분 모두가 스프링 설부의 형태로되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1또는 2에 따른 코넥터.
  7. 모든 삽입고정부의 스프링설부들이 삽입방향에 대해 대칭으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로하는 청구범위 6에 따른 코넥터.
  8. 한 접촉부의 스프링 설부들이 동일하며 삽입된 도체를 향하여 사실상 동일경사각으로 그리고 반대방향으로 같은 경사위치로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 6에 따른 코넥터.
  9. 모든 고정부에 속하는 접촉부들의 적어도 하나가 삽입될 도체의 단면형태에 맞는 측단형태로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 코넥터.
  10. 삽입된 도체와 접촉부분들 사이의 접촉부위가 도체 반경 방향의 공통평면상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 청구범위 1에 따른 코넥터.
  11. 접촉 엘리먼트가 삽입 고정부의 접촉부들 사이에서 연장되는 굴곡선을 따라 구부러지는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 코넥터.
  12. 삽입 고정부들이 상기 접촉 엘리먼트를 통하는 굴곡선의 양측에 배열되는 것을 특징으로하는 청구범위 11에 따른 코넥터.
  13. 삽입 방향을 결정하는 외함내의 미리 설정된 설치위치에 배열되고, 그 미리 설정된 설치위치에서 스프링 설부는 삽입방향에 관해 도체가 삽입되지 않을때 예각의 출발각으로 경사지고, 출발각이 상기 경사각보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 코넥터.
  14. 스프링 설부가 그 면단에 배치되는 스프링 설부 접촉부보다 더 넓은 기부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1 또는 2에 따른 코넥터.
  15. 종래형태의 적어도 하나의 접속단자를 추가로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 코넥터.
  16. 코넥터가 스프링 황동, 동-베릴륨 합금 또는 강철과 비철금속의 적층중의 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 코넥터.
