Abstract

제조가 용이한 저 삽발력 전기 커넥터를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
접속부재인 회로기판(P)이 제1접촉자(10)측의 선단면을 끝이 가늘게 하는 경사면(P1)을 가지며, 하우징 접속 오목부(2)에는, 제2접촉자(10)측의 오목부에 상기 회로기판(P)의 경사면(P1)을 삽입 안내하는 안내면(7)이 상기 삽입후에 회전 운동된 회로 기판의 과도한 회전운동의 규칙을 위한 규제면(8)의 거의 연장면상에 형성되어 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예로서의 커넥터의 단면도로서, 접속 부재의 삽입시를 나타내는도,
제2도는 제1도의 커넥터의 접속부재의 접속 완료시의 단면도,
제3도는 종래의 커넥터의 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 판상의 상대방 접속부재를 면에 거의 평행한 방향으로삽입하기 위하여 절연 하우징에 개구 형성된 접속 오목부에, 이 접속부재의 양면에 접촉 접속되기 위한 제1접촉자가 각각 복수 배설되고, 제1접촉자는 상기 접속부재에의 접촉위치가 제2접촉자의 접촉위치보다도 상기 삽입의 방향에서 접속 오목부의 개구측에 설정되고, 또한 상기 삽입시의 접속부재의 판두께 방향에 있어서의 상기 제1접속자와 제2접촉자의 최대 간격이 상기 접속부재의 판두께와 거의 같게 설정되어 있고, 접속부재의 삽입후에 이 접속부재를 회전운동하여 상기 제1접촉자 및 제2접촉자와 탄압 접속시키고, 이러한 위치에서 이 접속부재의 위치를 고정시키는 체결부를 가지고 있는 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 접속부재가 제1접촉자측의 선단면을 끝이 가늘게 하는 경사면을 가지며, 상기 접속 오목부에는 제1접촉자측의 오목부에 상기 접촉부재의 경사면을 삽입 안내하는 안내면이, 상기 삽입후에 회전운동된 접속부재의 과도한 회전운동의 규칙을 위한 규제면의 거의 연장 면상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저 삽발력 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2접촉자측의 개구측에 이 접속부재의 제2접촉자측의 면을 삽입 안내하는 입구 안내면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저 삽입력 전기 커넥터.
