Abstract

소형화가 가능하고 신뢰성이 높고, 그리고 피치 변환 가능한 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
회로기판(Q) 상에 부착되는 제1커넥터(10)와 이 제1커넥터(1) 에착탈이 자유롭게 결합하기 위하여 판상으로 돌출시키는 결합부(31)가 설치된 제2커넥터(10)의 결합오목부(12)에 삽입 이후에 이 결합부(31)를 회전운동하여 상기 제1커넥터(10)와 제2커넥터(30)의 접촉자(20, 21과 33, 34, 35, 36)의 대응 접촉부 끼리를 탄압 접촉하도록 되어 있고, 이 상기 제2의 커넥터(30)의 복수의 접촉자(33, 34, 35, 36)의 대응접촉부 끼리를 탄압접촉하도록 되어 있고, 이 상기 제2의 커넥터(30)의 복수의 접촉자(33, 34, 35, 36)의 일단부에 형성된 접촉부에 있어서의 배열피치와 타탄부의 배열피치가 상이하다.

제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예로서의 커넥터의 단면도로서 결합부의 삽입시를 나타내는도.
제2도는 제1도의 커넥터의 접촉자만을 나타내는 사시도.
제3도는 제1도의 커넥터의 결합부의 결합완료시의 단면도,
제4도는 종래의 커넥터의 사용시의 개요 구성을 나타내는 정면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 회로기판 상에 부착되는 제1커넥터와 이 제1커넥터에 착탈이 자유롭게 결합하기 위하여 판상으로 돌출되는 결합부가 설치된 제2커넥터를 가지며, 제1커넥터는 제2커넥터의 상기 결합부를 삽입하기 위하여 결합오목부가 절연하우징에 개구형성되고 이 결합오목부에는 상기 결합부에 배열된 제2커넥터의 접촉자와 접속되기 위한 복수의 접촉자의 1단부인 접촉부가 열을 이루어 배설되고, 이 복수의 접촉자의 타단부인 접속부가 하우징 밖으로 돌출하여 회로기판의 대응회로부에 결선가능하게 위치하고 있으며, 상기 제2커넥터는 하우징 유지된 복수의 접촉자의 1단부인 접촉부가 상기 판상의 결합부의 면에서 상기 제1커넥터의 대응접촉자의 접촉부와 접촉가능한 위치에 배치되어 있고, 상기 결합부의 결합오목부에의 삽입후에 이 결합부를 회전운동하여 상기 제1커넥터와 제2커넥터의 접촉자의 대응접촉부 끼리르 탄압 접촉하도록 되어 있고, 상기 제2커넥터의 복수의 접촉자의 타단부가 외부 부재와 접속가능하게 배치되고, 이 제2의 커넥터의 복스의 접촉자의 1단부에 형성된 접촉부에 있어서의 배열피치와 타단부의 배열피치가 상이한 것으로 하는 회로기판용 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2커넥터의 결합부는 이 제2커넥터의 하우징 본체에 대하여 삽발이 자유롭게 되어 있고, 이 결합부의 표면에 이 제2커넥터의 복수의 접촉자의 1단부인 접촉부는 각각 삽입할 수 있는 홈이 형성되어 있는 것으로 하는 회로기판용 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결합부가 한쪽 면에 선단면을 끝을 가늘게 하는 경사면을 가지며, 결합오목부의 오부에 상기 결합부의 경사면을 삽입안내하는 안내면이 상기 삽입후에 회전운동된 결합부의 과도한 회전운동의 규제를 위한 규제면의 거의 연장면상에 형성되어 있는 것으로 하는 회로기판용 전기 커넥터.
