Abstract
本实用新型揭示了一种端子及包括有该端子的电连接器,所述端子包括接触臂、焊接部及连接接触臂及焊接部的结合部,所述接触臂的一端设有接点,所述结合部设有相对设置的第一连接杆与第二连接杆及连接两连接杆的接合段,第一连接杆与第二连接杆在远离接合段的一端打开,接触臂连接于第一连接杆且位于该第一连接杆上方,第一连接杆设有面向接触臂的连接面,焊接部连接于第二连接杆,前述接合段设有向远离第一连接杆的方向延伸的固持臂,前述固持臂的高度位于第一连接杆与第二连接杆之间且低于第一连接杆的连接面。所述结合部增加了电流和信号在端子中的传输距离,有效地减少了端子间的信号差差异,改善了信号传输的质量。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种端子及包括有该端子的电连接器,尤其涉及一种能够增加电源和信号传输距离的端子及包括有该端子的电连接器。
【背景技术】
现有技术中提供有一种电连接器的端子,所述端子包括接触部、焊接部及自接触部与焊接部连接处向外凸伸形成的固持臂,所述接触部远离连接处的一端设有接点,焊接部远离连接处的一端设有接脚,信号或者电源自接点或接脚处流入端子时通过接触部及焊接部直接传输至另一端,但是,随着电子产品不断地发展,高频信号传输的质量问题越来越严重,端子间信号差的差异严重影响了高频信号的应用。
所以,希望设计一种新型的电连接器以改善上述问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种端子及包括有该端子的电连接器,其能够增加信号及电源在端子中的传输距离,改善信号传输的质量。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型可采用如下技术方案:一种端子及包括有该端子的电连接器,所述端子包括接触臂、焊接部及连接接触臂及焊接部的结合部,所述接触臂的一端设有接点,所述结合部设有相对设置的第一连接杆与第二连接杆及连接两连接杆的接合段,第一连接杆与第二连接杆在远离接合段的一端打开,接触臂连接于第一连接杆且位于该第一连接杆上方,第一连接杆设有面向接触臂的连接面,焊接部连接于第二连接杆,前述接合段设有向远离第一连接杆的方向延伸的固持臂,前述固持臂的高度位于第一连接杆与第二连接杆之间且低于第一连接杆的连接面。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:所述结合部增加了信号及电源在端子中的传输距离,有效地减少了端子间的信号差差异,改善了信号传输的质量。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2,本实用新型提供了一种电连接器100,其包括若干端子1及沿纵长方向延伸的绝缘本体2,所述端子1沿纵长方向固定于该绝缘本体2,用于传输信号及电流。
请参阅图2及图3,所述端子1包括接触臂11、焊接部12及连接接触臂及焊接部的结合部13,所述接触臂11的自由末端设有接点111,相对于接点的另一端则设有延伸部112,延伸部112连接接触臂11与结合部13,所述焊接部12设有连接该结合部13的倾斜段121,该焊接部自该倾斜段121进一步沿远离结合部13的方向延伸。
在本实施方式中,所述结合部13为“U”型结构,其设有相对设置的第一连接杆131与第二连接杆132及连接两连接杆的接合段133,所述第一连接杆131及第二连接杆132在远离接合段133的一端为开放状,接触臂11连接于第一连接杆131且位于该第一连接杆上方,第一连接杆131设有面向接触臂11的连接面1310,焊接部12连接于第二连接杆132,所述结合部13于接合段133设有向远离第一连接杆131的方向延伸的固持臂14,该固持臂14的高度位于第一连接杆131与第二连接杆132之间且低于第一连接杆的连接面1310。
进一步的,所述第一连接杆131自连接于接触臂11的一端向连接于接合段133的一端逐渐变宽,第二连接杆132沿其延伸方向宽度均匀,在本实施方式中,第一连接杆131与第二连接杆132相对设置且互相平行,当然,在其他实施方式中可根据需求而定,如第一连接杆131与第二连接杆132沿其延伸方向也可弯曲延伸。正如前面所述,第一连接杆131与第二连接杆132相对固持臂的一端为开放状,两连接杆之间形成有开槽15,所述第一连接杆131设有面向该开槽15的第一内表面1311,第二连接杆132设有面向该开槽15的第二内表面1321,前述固持臂14具有相对的第一固持面141与第二固持面142,在本实施方式中,所述第一连接杆131的第一内表面1311的高度位于上述固持臂14的第一固持面141与第二固持面142之间,该第一固持面141的高度高于第一连接杆131的第一内表面1311,第二固持面142的高度高于第二连接杆132的第二内表面1321。
请参阅图4,所述绝缘本体2设有收容端子1的端子收容槽21,所述端子1通过固持臂14固持于端子收容槽21,进一步的所述端子收容槽21包括固定槽211及容置槽212,所述端子1的固持臂14固定于该固定槽211,结合部13则收容于该容置槽212内。结合图3,在结合部13的延伸方向上,所述固持臂14的延伸长度小于第一连接杆131的长度,该固持臂14与接触臂11之间的距离大于第一连接杆131与接触臂11的距离。
综上,所述“U”型结合部13的设置限定出贯穿整个结合部13的信号传输路径I,当信号或电流通过端子1传送时,即从接点111开始沿接触臂11,并绕过第一连接杆131及第二连接杆132,直到到达焊接部12,当然,电流或信号也可以自焊接部12流入,先后经过结合部13及接触臂11直至接点111,如此设计增加了信号及电流在端子1中的传输距离,有效地减少了端子间的信号差差异,从而改善了信号传输的质量,尤其是高频信号的传输,端子间的信号差差异有效减少。
本实施方式为本实用新型较佳实施方式,当然,本实用新型也可采用其他实施方式,此处不再一一赘述。
Claims (10)
1.一种端子,其包括接触臂、焊接部及连接接触臂及焊接部的结合部,所述接触臂的自由末端设有接点,所述结合部设有相对设置的第一连接杆与第二连接杆及连接两连接杆的接合段,第一连接杆与第二连接杆在远离接合段的一端为开放状,接触臂连接于第一连接杆且位于该第一连接杆上方,第一连接杆设有面向接触臂的连接面,焊接部连接于第二连接杆,其特征在于:前述接合段设有向远离第一连接杆的方向延伸的固持臂,前述固持臂的高度位于第一连接杆与第二连接杆之间且低于第一连接杆的连接面。
2.如权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于:在结合部的延伸方向上,所述固持臂的延伸长度小于第一连接杆的长度。
3.如权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于:固持臂与接触臂之间的距离大于第一连接杆与接触臂的距离。
4.如权利要求1所述的端子,其特征在于:所述第一连接杆自连接于接触臂的一端向连接于接合段的一端逐渐变宽,第二连接杆沿其延伸方向宽度均匀。
5.如权利要求1或2或3或4中任意一项所述的端子,其特征在于:第一、第二连接杆之间形成开槽,所述第一连接杆设有面向该开槽的第一内表面,第二连接杆设有面向该开槽的第二内表面,前述固持臂具有相对的第一固持面与第二固持面,该第一固持面的高度高于第一连接杆的第一内表面,第二固持面的高度高于第二连接杆的第二内表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的端子,其特征在于:所述第一连接杆的第一内表面的高度位于上述固持臂的第一固持面与第二固持面之间。
7.如权利要求5所述的端子,其特征在于:所述第一连接杆与第二连接杆相对设置且互相平行。
8.如权利要求5所述的端子,其特征在于:所述第一连接杆及第二连接杆沿其延伸方向可弯曲延伸。
9.一种包括有如权利要求1或2或3或4中任意一项所述端子的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括有沿纵长方向延伸的绝缘本体,该绝缘本体设有收容端子的端子收容槽,所述端子通过固持臂固持于端子收容槽。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子收容槽包括固定槽及容置槽,所述端子的固持臂固定于该固定槽,结合部则收容于该容置槽。
