Description
本創作涉及一種用於電連接器的端子,尤其涉及一種能夠增加電源和訊號傳輸距離的端子。
現有技術中提供有一種電連接器的端子,所述端子包括接觸部、焊接部及自接觸部與焊接部連接處向外凸伸形成的固持臂,所述接觸部遠離連接處的一端設有接點,焊接部遠離連接處的一端設有接腳,訊號或者電源自接點或接腳處流入端子時通過接觸部及焊接部直接傳輸至另一端,但是,隨著電子產品不斷地發展,高頻訊號傳輸的品質問題越來越嚴重,各端子傳輸路徑長度的細小差異亦可能嚴重影響了高頻訊號的應用。
所以,希望設計一種新型的端子以改善上述問題。
本創作之目的在於提供一種用於電連接器的端子,其能夠增加訊號及電源在端子中的傳輸距離,改善訊號傳輸的品質。
本創作之目的係通過以下技術方案實現:一種端子,該端子包括接觸臂、焊接部及連接接觸臂及焊接部的結合部,所述接觸臂的一端設有接點,所述結合部設有上下相對設置的第一連接桿與第二連接桿及連接兩連接桿的結合段,接觸臂連接於第一連接桿遠離結合段的一端且位於該第一連接桿上方,第一連接桿設有面向接觸臂的連接面,焊接部連接於第二連接桿,前述結合段設有向遠離第一連接桿的方向延伸的固持臂,前述固持臂的高度位於第一連接桿與第二連接桿之間且低於第一連接桿的連接面。
相較於先前技術,本創作具有如下功效:所述結合部增加了訊號及電源在端子中的傳輸距離,有效地減少了端子間的訊號差差異,改善了訊號傳輸的品質。

請參閱第一圖及第二圖,本創作提供了一種電連接器100,其包括複數端子1及沿縱長方向延伸的絕緣本體2,所述端子1沿縱長方向固定於該絕緣本體2,用於傳輸訊號及電流。
請參閱第二圖及第三圖,所述端子1包括接觸臂11、焊接部12及連接接觸臂11及焊接部12的結合部13,所述接觸臂11的自由末端設有接點111,相對於接點111的另一端則設有延伸部112,延伸部112連接接觸臂11與結合部13,所述焊接部12設有連接該結合部13的傾斜段121,該焊接部12自該傾斜段121進一步沿遠離結合部13的方向延伸。
參第三、四圖所示,在本實施方式中,所述結合部13為“U”型結構,其設有相對設置的第一連接桿131與第二連接桿132及連接兩連接桿131、132的結合段133,所述第一連接桿131及第二連接桿132在遠離結合段133的一端為開放狀,接觸臂11連接於第一連接桿131且位於該第一連接桿131上方,第一連接桿131設有面向接觸臂11的連接面1310,焊接部12連接於第二連接桿132,所述結合部13於結合段133設有向遠離第一連接桿131的方向延伸的固持臂14,該固持臂14的高度位於第一連接桿131與第二連接桿132之間且低於第一連接桿的連接面1310。
進一步的,所述第一連接桿131自連接於接觸臂11的一端向連接於結合段133的一端逐漸變寬,第二連接桿132沿其延伸方向寬度均勻,在本實施方式中,第一連接桿131與第二連接桿132相對設置且互相平行,當然,在其他實施方式中可根據需求而定,如第一連接桿131與第二連接桿132沿其延伸方向也可彎曲延伸。正如前面所述,第一連接桿131與第二連接桿132相對固持臂14的一端為開放狀,兩連接桿131、132之間形成有開槽15,結合段133設有面向該開槽15的結合面1331,所述第一連接桿131設有面向該開槽15的第一內表面1311,第二連接桿132設有面向該開槽15的第二內表面1321,前述固持臂14具有相對的第一固持面141與第二固持面142,第一固持面141或者第二固持面142設有倒刺結構143,在本實施方式中,所述第一連接桿131的第一內表面1311的高度位於上述固持臂14的第一固持面141與第二固持面142之間,該第一固持面141的高度高於第一連接桿131的第一內表面1311,第二固持面142的高度高於第二連接桿132的第二內表面1321。
請參閱第四圖,所述絕緣本體2設有收容端子1的端子收容槽21,所述端子1通過固持臂14固持於端子收容槽21。所述端子收容槽21包括固定槽211及容置槽212,所述端子1的固持臂14固定於該固定槽211,結合部13則收容於該容置槽212內。結合第三圖,在結合部13的延伸方向上,所述固持臂14的延伸長度小於第一連接桿131的長度,該固持臂14與接觸臂11之間的距離大於第一連接桿131與接觸臂11的距離。
綜上,所述“U”型結合部13的設置限定出貫穿整個結合部13的訊號傳輸路徑I,訊號或電流通過端子1傳送時,從接點111開始沿接觸臂11,並繞過第一連接桿131及第二連接桿132,到達焊接部12,當然,電流或訊號也可以自焊接部12流入,先後經過結合部13及接觸臂11直至接點111,如此設計增加了訊號及電流在端子1中的傳輸距離,有效地減少了因各端子傳輸距離的差異產生的端子間的訊號差差異,從而改善了訊號傳輸的品質,尤其是高頻訊號的傳輸,端子間的訊號差差異有效減少。
綜上所述,本創作符合新型專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上該者僅為本創作之較佳實施例,本創作之範圍並不以上述實施例為限,舉凡熟習本案技藝之人士援依本創作之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)
- 一種端子,其包括接觸臂、焊接部及連接接觸臂及焊接部的結合部,所述接觸臂的自由末端設有接點,所述結合部設有上下相對設置的第一連接桿與第二連接桿及連接兩連接桿的結合段,接觸臂連接於第一連接桿遠離結合段的一端且位於該第一連接桿上方,第一連接桿設有面向接觸臂的連接面,焊接部連接於第二連接桿,其中前述結合段設有向遠離第一連接桿的方向延伸的固持臂,前述固持臂的高度位於第一連接桿與第二連接桿之間且低於第一連接桿的連接面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之端子,其中所述固持臂的延伸長度小於第一連接桿的長度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之端子,其中所述第一連接桿自連接於接觸臂的一端向連接於結合段的一端逐漸變寬,第二連接桿沿其延伸方向寬度均勻。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第3項中任意一項所述之端子,其中第一、第二連接桿之間形成開槽,所述第一連接桿設有面向該開槽的第一內表面,第二連接桿設有面向該開槽的第二內表面,前述固持臂具有相對的第一固持面與第二固持面,該第一固持面的高度高於第一連接桿的第一內表面,第二固持面的高度高於第二連接桿的第二內表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之端子,其中所述第一連接桿的第一內表面位於上述固持臂的第一固持面與第二固持面之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之端子,其中所述第一連接桿與第二連接桿互相平行。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之端子,其中所述第一連接桿及第二連接桿沿其延伸方向可彎曲延伸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第3項中任意一項所述之端子,其中該端子組裝於沿縱長方向延伸的絕緣本體內,該絕緣本體設有收容端子的端子收容槽,所述端子通過固持臂固持於端子收容槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之端子,其中所述端子收容槽包括固定槽及容置槽,所述端子的固持臂固定於該固定槽,結合部則收容於該容置槽。
