Abstract

하우징으로의 볼트고정이 용이하고 소형화, 고밀도화가 가능한 볼트조임형커넥터를 제공한다.
볼트조임형커넥터(2)는, 볼트(20)을 수용하는 제1하우징(10)과 복수의 콘택트를 수용하는 제2하우징(40)을 구비한다. 제2하우징(40)의 볼트삽통공(54)의 내벽(58)에는 복수의 탄성지지호(82)를 지니는 고정 금구(80)이 매설되어 있다. 제1하우징(10)에 지지된 볼트(20)의 선단을 볼트삽통공(54)에 삽입하면, 탄성 지지호(82) 및 볼트(20)의 단부(36)의 결합에 의하여 볼트(20) 및 제1하우징(10)이 하우징(40)에 고정된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 볼트조임형커넥터의 한 실시예를 분해한 단면도, 제2도는 제2하우징의 저면도, 제4도는 제2실시예의 요부를 나타낸 평면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 커넥터하우징을 볼트에 의해 상대방 커넥터하우징에 체결하는 볼트조임형커넥터에 있어서, 상기 커넥터하우징은, 상기 볼트의 두부(頭部)측을 수용하는 제 1하우징과 상기 볼트의 선단축을 삽통하는 공(孔)을 지닌 제2하우징을 갖추고, 상기 제2하우징에는, 상기 볼트의 축상(軸上)에 형성된 단부에 결합하여 상기 볼트를 빠지지 않도록 고정금구를 상기 공내벽에 매설한 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트조임형커넥터.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정금구는 대략 평평한 금속판의 개구(開口)의 주위에 형성된 복수의 탄성지지호를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트조임형커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정금구는 선단이 가는 U자형 개구 및 상기 제1하우징측에 편기(偏奇)하는 1축지지형 교량모양의 탄성팔을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트조임형커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정금구는 서로 겹쳐져 있는 대소(大小) 2반경의 개구 및 상기 제1하우징을 상기 개구의 소(小)반경측으로 압압 지지하는 탄성팔을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트조임형커넥터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 볼트의 두부와 나사부 사이에는, 상기 볼트의 축에 직교방향으로 소정치수의 토-크 제한용 공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트조임형커넥터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1하우징에는, 상기 볼트와 대략 평행으로 이동하는 결합확인용 인디게이터의 수용부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트조임형커넥터.
