Abstract

항우징 안에 수용한 전기 콘택트 끼리를 단락하는 쇼트 콘택트를 구비한 단락형 전기 컨넥터에 있어서, 쇼트콘택트가 조립 공구 등에 의해 비틀어진 경우에 턴성범위를 넘어 변형 되는 것을 방지 할 수 있도록 한다.
쇼트 콘택트(20)는 단락되는 전기 콘택트의 축선 방향을 따라서 연장되는 하우징에 지지되는 판 형상 기판부(20a)와, 판 형상 기단부(20a)의 후단에서 전단으로 향해서 구곡되어 연장된 1쌍의 접촉 아암(20b)을 갖고있다. 1쌍의 접촉아암(20b)의 각각의 아랫쪽에는 기단부(20a)의 옆 가장자리에서 굽혀져 일어선 1쌍의 제1제지부(20c)와, 기단부(20a)의 폭방향 중앙부에서 굽혀져 일어선 제2제지부(20d)등이 설치되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 의한 전기 컨넥터의 전체 구성을 개략적으로 도시하는 사시도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 쇼트 콘택트를 확대하여 도시하는 사시도.
제3도는 상기 전기 컨넥터의 단면 구성을 도시하는 종단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 복수개의 전기 콘택트 및 적어도 1개의 쇼트 콘택트를 가지며 상대측 전기 컨넥터와의 끼어 맞지 않은 상태에서는 상기 전기 콘택트 중에서 선택된 적어도 2개의 전기 콘택트 끼리를 단락하고 기어 맞은 때에는 상기 단락을 해제하는 단락형 전기 컨텍터에 있어서, 상기 쇼트콘택트는 거의 평판 형상의 판형상 기단부와, 상기 판형상 기단부의 한끝단에서 다른 끈단측으로 굴곡하는 1쌍의 단락용 접촉 아암과, 상기 판 형상 기단부에서 상기 접촉 아암의 굴곡부 근방에 기립 형성된 1쌍의 제지부를 구비하는 탄성 금속판에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단락형 전기 컨넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쇼트 콘택트의 판 형상 기단부에는 상기 전기 컨넥터의 하우징에의 고정용 걸림고리 및 상기 접촉아암의 자유단부를 보호하는 제2제지부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 단락형 전기 컨넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨넥터의 하우징에는 상기 상대측 전기 컨넥터와의 끼어맞은 상태를 유지하는 탄성끼어맞음 레버 및 상기 끼어 맞은 레버와 협동하여 끼어 맞음을 검지하는 탄성 검지편 장착 끼어맞음 검지부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 단락형 전기 컨넥터.
