Abstract

본 발명은 (a)올리고머성, 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르 및 이 올리고머성 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르를 포함하는 혼합물이 35°C 보다 높은 유리 전이 온도(Tg) 를 갖는, 고형올리고머성, 양이온적으로 중합 가능한 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르, 고형 올리고머성, 양이온적으로 중합가능한 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르 및 액성 또는 결정질 단위체 모노-, 디-또는 폴리에폭시 수지의 혼합물, 또는 고형 올리고머성, 양이온적으로 중합가능한 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르 및 환형아세탈의 혼합물, (b)다관능성 친핵성 연쇄 전달제, (c)성분 (a) 를 기제로 하여, 양이온성 중합용 광개시제0.05내지3중량% 및, 임의 성분으로서 (d)1차, 2차 또는 3차 질소원자를 포함하는 화합물을 함유하지 않거나 또는 몰 농도를 기준으로 단지 성분(c)의 50%이하의 양으로 이러한 화합물을 함유하는 분말 피복 조성물용 종래 부가제를 포함하는 고형 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. (a)올리고머성, 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르 및 이 올리고머성 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르를 포함하는 혼합물이 35°C보다 높은 유리 전이 온도(TG)를 갖는, 고형 올리고머성, 양이온적으로 중합가능한 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르, 고형 올리고머성, 양이온적으로 중합가능한 폴리글리시딜에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르 및 액성 또는 결정질 단위체 모노-,디- 또는 폴리에폭시 수지의 환합물, 또는 고형 올리고머성, 양이온적으로 중합가능한 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르 및 환형 아세탈의 혼합물, (b)다관능성 친핵성 연쇄 전달제, (c)성분(a)를 기제로 하여, 양이온성 중합용 광개시제 0.05내지 3중량% 및, 임의 성분으로서 (d)1차, 2차 또는 3차 질소원자를 포함하는 화합물을 함유하지 않거나 또는 몰 농도를 기준으로 단지 성분(c)의 50%이하의 양으로 이러한 화합물을 함유하는, 분말 피복 조성물용 종래 부가제를 포함하는 고형 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분자 내에 1차, 2차 또는 3차 질소원자를 포함하는 화합물을 함유하지 않는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a) 가 고형 올리고머성, 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 롤리글리시딜 에스테르 또는 고형 에폭시-페놀 노볼락 또는 에폭시-크레졸 노볼락인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,성분(a) 가 고형 올리고머성 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b) 가 1차 지방족 폴리올인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c) 가 술포늄 염인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a) 가 트리아릴술포늄 염인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c) 가 트리아릴술포늄 헥사플루오로포스페이트 또는 트리아릴술포늄 헥사플루오로 안티모네이트인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 따른 고형 조성물로 구성된 분말 피복 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 따른 고형 조성물의 분말을 기재 상에 정전기적으로 분무하고, 열을 가해 판을 용융시킨 후 UV 방사선에 의해, 필요하면 가열하여 가교시킴으로써 형성되는 가교된 피막.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,IR방사선에 의해 효과적으로 가열되는 피막.
