Abstract

본 발명은 불포화 에폭시에서 유래된 단위를 가진 1종 이상의 에틸렌 중합체(A) 및 상기 에틸렌 중합체(A)에 의해 부분적으로 캡슐화된 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지(B)를 함유하는 혼합물(Ⅰ)로 구성되고, 상기 혼합물(Ⅰ)이 열가소성 수지(C)의 매트릭스내에 분산되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 다상 열가소성 조성물에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 삼원공중합체 PI의 고온 추출후에 SEM으로 검사한 실시예 9에 따른 조성물에 해당하는 사진을 타나낸다, 제2도는 삼원공중합체 PI의 고온 추출후에 SEM으로 검사한 실시예 Ⅱ에 따른 조성물에 해당하는 사진을 나타낸다, 제3도는 삼원공중합체 PI의 고온 추출후에 SEM으로 검사한 실시예 12에 따른 조성물에 해당하는 사진을 나타낸다.

Claims (13)

  1. 불포화 에폭시 또는 불포화 산 무수물에서 유래된 단위를 가진 1종 이상의 에틸렌 중합체(A) 및 상기 에틸렌 중합체(A)에 의해 부분적으로 캡슐화된 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지(B)를 함유하는 혼합물(Ⅰ)을 포함하고, 상기 혼합물(Ⅰ)이 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지(C)를 포함한 매트릭수내에 분산되어 있으며, 열가소성 수지 (B) 및 (C)의 융점은 열가소성 조성물의 제조 또는 사용시에 (B)가 (A)에 의해 부분적으로 여전히 캡슐화되도록 하는 온도인 열가소성 수지를 기재로 하는 다상 열가소성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물(Ⅰ)100중량부가 35 내지 90중량부의 에틸렌 중합체(A), 및 10 내지 65중량부의 Ⅰ종 이상의 열가소성 수지(B)를 포함하고; 상기 혼합물(Ⅰ)100중량부가 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지(C)를 포함한 마트릭스내에 분산되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물(Ⅰ) 100중량부가 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지(C)츨 포함하는 마트릭스 80 내지 2000 중량부에 분산되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 융점Tc가 (B)보다 융점보다 낮음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸첸 중합체(a)가 소괴의 형태이고, 열가소성 수지 (B)가 상기 에틸렌 중합체(A)에 의해 부분적으로 캡슐화된 소괴의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 소괴가 1 미크론 이상의 부피-평균직경 Dv를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 소괴가 1 내지 3 미크론의 부피-평균 직경 Dv 를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 (B) 및 (C)가 폴리아미드 수지 및 지방족 불포화기를 갖지 않는 폴리에스테르 수지에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지(C)가 폴리에스테르 수지임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불포화 에폭시에서 유래된 단이를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체(A)가 에틸렌/불포화 에폭시드 공중합체 및 에틸렌/알킬(메트)아크릴레이트/불포화 에폭시드 삼원공중합체에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 (A)가 에틸렌/말레산 무수물 공중합체 및 에틸렌/알킬(메트)아크릴레이트/말레산 무수물 공중합체에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 두 개 이상의 공급대를 가진 혼련 장치의 제1영역에서 혼합물(Ⅰ)을 제조한 다음, 혼합물(Ⅰ)의 성분(A)및 (B)를 혼합하기 위한 영역의 상류쪽에 영역에 열가소성 수지(C)를 도입하고, 상기 혼합물(Ⅰ)을 상기 열가소성 수지(C)에 분산시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 제조 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 1종 이상의 조성물로 부터 수득된 제품.
