Claims (6)

  1. (A) 폴리아미드 수지 20 내지 60중량부와
    (B) (a) 에틸렌 단위 40 내지 90중량％,
    (b) α,β-불포화카복실산 알킬 에스테르 단위 5 내지 60중량％ 및
    (c) 말레산 무수물 단위 0.3 내지 10중량％로 이루어진 에틸렌 공중합체 40 내지 80중량부를 용융 혼련시켜 부분적으로 가교 결합된 조상물(Ⅰ)을 형성시키고 ; 이어서, 상기 조성물(Ⅰ)로 이루어진 1차 성분 100중량부를 또한 폴리아미드 수지로 구성된 2차성분 50 내지 1,000중량부와 용융 훈련시킴을 특징으로 하여, 내충격성이 탁월한 폴리아미드 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 성분이 (C) 카복실산 그룹, 카복실산 무수물 그룹 및 아미노 그룹에 대하여 반응성이 있는 작용성 그룹 2개 이상을 함유하는 다작용성 화합물, 0.01 내지 20중량부를 조성물(Ⅰ) 100중량 부에 가한 다음, 혼합물을 용융 훈련시킴으로써 부분적으로 가교결합시켜 제조한 조성물(Ⅱ)로 이루어진 성분인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체 (B)가 (a) 에틸렌 단위 65 내지 90중량％,
    (b) α,β-불포화카복실산 알킬 에스테르 단위 10 내지 35중량％ 및
    (c) 말레산 무수물 단위 1 내지 5중량％로 이루어진 에틸렌 공중합체
  4. 제2항에 있어서,다작용성 화합물(C)이 아미노 그룹, 에폭시 그룹, 디하이드록사졸릴 그룹, 카복실그룹, 카복실산 무수물 그룹 및 하디드록실 그룹중에서 선택된 작용성 그룹 2개 이상을 함유하는 화합물인 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 다작용성 화합물(C)이 에틸렌 단위 및 α,β-불포화 카복실산 글리시딜 단위 ; 에틸렌 단위, α,β-불포화 카복실산 글리시딜 단위 및 α,β-불포화 카복실산 에스테르 단위 ; 또는 에틸렌 단위, α,β-불포화 카복실산 글리시딜 단위 및 카복실산 비닐 에스테르 단위로 이루어진 에틸렌 공중합체인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서,다작용성 화합물(C)이 2,2'-(1,3-페닐렌)-비스(2-옥사졸린)인 방법.
