Claims (8)
- 60중량%이상의 포화폴리에스테르 및 40중량% 이하의 1종 이상의 고분자 보강재로 이루어지고, 여기에서 사용되는 고분자 보강재가 (a) 94~60중량%의 에틸렌, 5~25중량%의 탄소수 2~10의 알킬 또는 시클로알킬기를 지닌 1종 이상의 알킬 또는 시클로알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 및 1~15중량%의 1종 이상의 불포화엑포시화물로 이루어진 공중합체 1종이상 (b) 84~60중량%의 에틸렌, 15~34중량%의 탄소수 2~10의 알킬 또는 시클로알킬기를 지닌 1종 이상이 알킬 또는 시클로아킬 아클리에이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 및 1~6중량%의 1종 이상의 불포화디카르복실산의 무수물로 이루어진 공중합체 1종 이상, 및 (c) 공중합체(a)중에 존재하는 에폭시기와 공중합체(b)중에 존재하는 무수물기간의 반응을 촉진할 수 있는 화합물 1종 이상을 혼합함으로써 수득한 적어도 부분적으로 가교 결합된 고분자 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체(a)의 조성물 불포화 에폭시화물 형성 부분이 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체(b)의 조성물 불포화 디카르복실산의 무수물 형성 부분이 말레인산 무수물임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 화합물(c)가 삼차아민임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공중합체(a) 공중합체(b)의 중량비가 0.1~10임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 포화폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리-1,4-부틸렌테레프탈레이트로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 그의 놋치된 아이조드 충격 강도가 20℃에서 110kg cm/cm이상 및/또는 -30℃에서 25kg cm/cm 이상 및/또는 -40℃에서 20kg cm/cm이상으로 나타남을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 따른 열가소성 조성물로부터 수득되는 성형품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
