Claims (2)

  1. (a) 0.50 내지 1.8의 고유점도 및 10 내지 100meq/㎏의 말단 카복실그룹 농도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 10 내지 90 중량부, 및 (b) 0.2 내지 5몰%의 카복실그룹 또는 에폭시그룹을 함유하며 8,000 내지 140,000의 중량평균 분자량을 갖는 개질 폴리올레핀 90 내지 10 중량부를, 상기 폴리에스테르와 상기 개질 폴리올레핀의 합계 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.05 내지 2.0 중량부의 물을 가하면서 260 내지 320℃ 에서 용융-혼련(melt-kneading)에 의해 반응시킴을 포함하는 폴리올레핀-폴리에스테르 그래프트 공중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가, 0.50 내지 1.0의 고유점도 및 10 내지 100meq/㎏의 말단 카복실 그룹 농도를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 및 0.50 내지 1.8의 고유점도〔3〕및 10 내지 100meq/㎏의 말단 카복실 그룹 농도를 갖는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트중 적어도 하나인 방법.
