Claims (33)
- a) 스틸렌 및 α-메틸스틸렌에서 선택한 소수성막 단량체 약 40내지 80중량% 및 b) 카복실그룹 전체 또는 일부가 무수물 형태인 하나이상의 불포화모노- 또는 디-카복실산 약 20 내지 60중량%로부터 제조한 교차 결합 공중합체와 균질한 결합을 이룬 약 5내지 75중량%의 살충제로 주로 이루어진 신규의 단상, 고형인 방출속도를 조절한 농약조성물.(상기에서 상기 공중합체의 5 내지 95%의 카복실그룹은 i) 임의로 하나이상의 방향족 다기능성 이소시아네이트와 지방족 다기능성 아민, 폴리올 또는 다기능성 에폭사이드와 함께 사용하는 하나 이상의 방향족 다기능성 아민 또는 ⅱ)임의로는 하나 이상의 방향족 다기능성 아민, 지방족 다기능성 아민, 폴리올 또는 다기능성 에폭사이드와 함께 사용하는 하나 이상의 다기능성 이소시아네이트로부터 선택한 교차 결합제와 교차 결합된 것이다.)

- 제1항에 있어서, a) 스틸렌 및 α-스틸렌에서 선택한 소수성막 단량체 약 50내지 75% 및 b) 카복실그룹 전체 또는 일부가 무수물 형태인 하나이상의 불포화 모노- 또는 디-카복실산 약 25 내지 50중량%로부터 제조한 교차 결합 공중합체와 균질한 결합을 이룬 약 5 내지 60중량%의 메토밀로 주로 이루어진 조성물(여기에서 상기 공중합체안에 들어있는 5 내지 95%의 이용가능한 카복실그룹이 m-페닐렌디아민으로 쿄차 결합된 것임.
- 제12항에 있어서, 소수성 단량체가 스틸렌이고 불포화 카복실산을 함유한 단량체가 말레산 무수물인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 28항에 있어서, 적어도 90%의 농약이 40마이크론 이하인 조성물.
- 제29항에 있어서 적어도 90%의 입자가 1 내지 10마이크론인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체, 농약 및 교차결합제의 혼합물을 약 60 내지 150℃ (농약이 분해되지 않은 온도가 바람직)에서 균질한 용융물이 되도록 가열하여 혼합시킨 후 냉각시켜 단상, 고형인 방출속도를 조절한 농약조성물의 제조방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 냉각된 생성물을 적어도 90%의 입자조성물(이때 입자의 크기는 40마이크론 이하가 바람직)을 제조하기 위해 분쇄하는 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 냉각된 생성물을 적어도 90%의 입자조성물(이때 입자의 크기는 1내지 10마이크론 이하가 바람직)을 제조하기 위해 분쇄하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
