Abstract

본 발명은 복합재 및 복합재의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 복합재는 지지물질의 표면상에 입도가 0.4∼1,000nm인 무기화합물의 도메인을 복수개 갖는다. 상기 도메인 1종 이상의 무기화합물을 함유할 수 있고, 이의 비율은 본 발명의 방법에 조절할 수 있다.

Claims (24)

  1. (a)입도가 10∼15,000nm 범위인 1종 이상의 중합체에 1종 이상의 가용성 금속화합물을 부하시킴으로써 1종 이상의 금속-부하 중합체를 형성하는 단계와; (b)상기한 1종 이상의 금속-부하 중합체와 지지물질을 접촉시키는 단계와; (c)상기한 1종 이상의 중합체를 제거하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 복합재의 제조방법.
  2. (a)입도가 10∼15,000nm 범위인 1종 이상의 중합체에 1종 이상의 가용성 금속화합물을 부하시킴으로써 1종 이상의 금속-부하 중합체 제1셋트를 형성하는 단계와; (b)입도가 10∼15,000nm 범위인 1종 이상의 중합체에 1종 이상의 가용성 금속화합물을 부하시킴으로써 1종 이상의 금속-부하 중합체 제2셋트를 형성하는 단계와; (c)상기한 1종 이상의 금속-부하 중합체 제1셋트와 지지물질을 접촉시키는 단계와; (d)상기한 중합체를 제거하여 복합재를 형성하는 단계와; (e)상기 (d)단계의 복합재와 1종 이상의 금속-부하 중합체 제2셋트를 접촉시키는 단계와; (f)상기한 중합체를 제거하여 복합재를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 복합재의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 어멜젼 중합체 및 분쇄된 현탁 중합체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 1종 이상의 가용성 금속 화합물이 금속, 금속이온, 금속착체 및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고; (a)상기 금속이 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 레늄, 루테늄, 오스듐, 세륨, 지르코늄, 티탄, 바나듐, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 란탄, 알루미늄, 이드륨, 니켈, 주석, 비스무트, 구리, 코발트, 철, 은, 금 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 것이며, (b)상기 금속이온이 Ce3+, Ni2+, Zr4+, La3+, Al3+및 Y3+및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 것이고; 상기 금속 착체가 RuCl3, RhCl3, [PtCl6]2-, [Pt(NH3)4]2+, [PdCl4]2-, [Fe(CO)]4-, [Ru(NH3)6]3+,[MoO4]2-및,〔Mo6O192-이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지물질이 금속, 금속산화물, 금속탄소화물, 금속질소화물, 금속붕소화물, 금속규소화물, 탄소질물질, 열안정성 중합체 및 이들의 복합재중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지물질이 강철, 백금, 티탄, 규소, 알루미나, 산화마그네슘, 산화티탄, 산화지르코늄, 산화세륨, 산화규소, 코디어라이트, 제올라이트, 뮬라이트, 유리, 그래파이트, 비결정성탄소, 질화규소, 탄화규소, 탄화텅스텐, 붕화니켈 및 열안정성 플라스틱중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 열분해, 분해, 화학적 분해, 조사 및 음파 처리중에서 선택되는 어느 한 방법으로 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 열분해 처리에 의해 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 복합재.
  10. (a)도메인을 지지할 수 있는 하나 이상의 표면을 갖는 지지물질과; (b)상기한 지지물질의 하나 이상의 표면상에 복수개의 도메인을 포함하여 이루어지는 복합재로서, 상기한 도메인이 1종 이상의 무기 화합물로 이루어지고, 도메인의 입도가 0.4∼100nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
  11. (a)도메인을 지지할 수 잉ㅆ는 하나 이상의 표면을 갖는 지지물질과; (b)상기한 지지물질의 하나 이상의 표면상에 복수개의 도메인을 포함하여 이루어지는 복합재로서, 도메인이 2종 이상의 무기화합물로 이루어지고, 도메인의 입도가 0.4∼1,000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무기화합물이 비결정성 구조, 결정성 구조, 합금 및 이들의 조합중에서 선택되는 구조를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
  13. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 도메인의 입도가 0.8∼700nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
  14. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 도메인이 정방결정상, 입방결정상 및 이의 조합중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 결정상의 산화지르코늄을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 산화지르코늄이 3중량% 미만의 상안정화제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
  15. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무기화합물이 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 레늄, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 세륨, 지르코늄, 티탄, 바나듐, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 란탄, 알라무늄, 이트륨, 니켈, 주석, 비스무트, 구리, 코발트, 철, 은, 금 및 이들의 산화물 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
  16. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 지지물질이 금속, 금속산화물, 금속탄소화물, 금속질소화물, 금속붕소화물, 금속규소화물, 탄소질 물질, 열안정성 중합체 및 이의 복합재중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
  17. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 지지물질이 강철, 백금, 티탄, 규소, 알루미나, 산화마그네슘, 산호티탄, 산화지르코늄, 산화세륨, 산호규소, 코디어라이트, 제올라이트, 뮬라이트, 유리, 그래파이트, 비결정성탄소, 질화규소, 탄화규소, 탄화텅스텐, 붕화니켈 및 열안정성 플라스틱중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
  18. 제10항 또는 제11하에 따른 복합재로 이루어지는 촉매.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 지지물질이 벌집모양의 기둥상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  20. 제10항 또는 제11항에 따른 복합재로 이루어지는 연료전지.
  21. 제10항 또는 제11항에 따른 복합재로 이루어지는 방사코팅몰.
  22. 제10항 또는 제11항에 따른 복합재로 이루어지는 광학전자장치.
  23. 제10항 또는 제11항에 따를 복합재로 이루어지는 초전도체
  24. 제10항 또는 제11항에 따른 복합재로 이루어지는 세라믹재료.
