Description
a)化学蒸着によって形成されたCeO2を含有する第1の多孔性層と、
b)化学蒸着によって形成された第1の触媒層と
を形成するステップを含む、本発明の触媒モジュールを製造する方法であり、
ステップa)および/またはb)は、好ましくはMOCVDによって行われる。
Claims (19)
- 触媒モジュールであって、
-固体担体(2)と、
-固体担体から出発する以下の順序で配置された少なくとも以下の層:
-CeO2を含有する化学蒸着層である第1の多孔性層(6)、
-白金、パラジウムおよびロジウムの中の1種もしくは複数の貴金属および/またはPt、Pd、Rhの間の1種もしくは複数の金属の合金を含有する第1の触媒層(8)であって、化学蒸着層である第1の触媒層(8)
を含むスタックと、
-固体担体(2)とCeO 2 を含有する第1の多孔性層(6)との間に、「ウォッシュコート」と呼ばれるバッファー層(4)と
を含み、
CeO2を含有する第1の多孔性層(6)がまた、ジルコニアも含み、
バッファー層(4)が1種または数種の金属酸化物を含有する、
触媒モジュール。 - CeO2を含有する第1の層が不連続であり、島を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 島の大きさが数nmから100nmの間である、請求項2に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 第1の触媒層上に形成されたCeO2を含有する第2の多孔性層(10)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第2の多孔性層がまた、ジルコニアも含む、請求項4に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第2の多孔性層(10)上に形成された第2の触媒層(12)を含む、請求項4または5に記載の触媒モジュール。
- バッファー層が、種々の性質の金属酸化物の1種または数種の金属酸化物の混合酸化物を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 金属酸化物が、Al2O3、CeO2-ZrO2、BaO2、ゼオライトまたはTiO2/V2O5である、請求項7に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第1のおよび/または第2の多孔性層が、主にCeO2を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第1のおよび/または第2の多孔性層がまた、イットリア化ジルコニアも含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 固体担体が、マクロ孔質担体であり、固体担体が、セラミックまたは金属からできている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- マクロ孔質担体が発泡体またはハニカム構造である、請求項11に記載の触媒モジュール。
- セラミックがムライトまたはコーディエライトである、請求項11または12に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 固体担体:
a)化学蒸着によって形成されたCeO2を含有する第1の多孔性層、
b)化学蒸着によって形成された第1の触媒層
を形成するステップを含み、
ステップa)に先立って、1種または数種の金属酸化物を含有するバッファー層が形成されるステップを含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュールを製造する製造方法。 - ステップa)および/またはb)が、MOCVDによって行われる、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- バッファー層が液体含浸によって形成される、請求項14または15に記載の製造方法。
- CeO2を含有する第2の層が、第1の触媒層上に形成されるステップc)を含む、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 第2の触媒層が、CeO2を含有する第2の層上に形成されるステップd)を含む、請求項17に記載の製造方法。
- セリアと貴金属間の強力な結合の発生につながるステップb)の後の熱処理ステップを含む、請求項14から18のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
