Abstract
Description
a)化学蒸着によって形成されたCeO2を含有する第1の多孔性層と、
b)化学蒸着によって形成された第1の触媒層と
を形成するステップを含む、本発明の触媒モジュールを製造する方法であり、
ステップa)および/またはb)は、好ましくはMOCVDによって行われる。
Claims (17)
- 触媒モジュールであって、
−固体担体(2)と、
−固体担体から出発する以下の順序で配置された少なくとも以下の層:
−CeO2を含有し、化学蒸着によって蒸着された第1の多孔性層(6)、
−1種もしくは複数の金属および/またはPt、Pd、Rhの間の1種もしくは複数の金属の合金を含有する第1の触媒層(8)であって、化学蒸着によって蒸着されている第1の触媒層(8)
を含むスタックと
を含む、触媒モジュール。 - CeO2を含有する第1の層が不連続であり、好ましくは、数nmから100nmの間の大きさを有する島を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 第1の触媒層上に形成されたCeO2を含有する第2の多孔性層(10)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第2の多孔性層(10)上に形成された第2の触媒層(12)を含む、請求項3に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 固体担体(2)とCeO2を含有する第1の多孔性層(6)の間に、1種または数種の金属酸化物を含有する「ウォッシュコート」と呼ばれるバッファー層(4)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- バッファー層が、Al2O3、CeO2−ZrO2、BaO2、ゼオライト、TiO2/V2O5などの種々の性質の1種または数種の混合酸化物を含む、請求項5に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第1の多孔性層(6)が、バッファー層を形成する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第1の(6)および/または第2の(10)多孔性層が、主にCeO2を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第1のおよび/または第2の多孔性層がまた、ジルコニアも含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- CeO2を含有する第1のおよび/または第2の多孔性層がまた、イットリア化ジルコニアも含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 固体担体が、マクロ孔質担体、例えば、発泡体またはハニカム構造であり、固体担体が、例えば、セラミック、例えば、ムライトもしくはコーディエライト、または金属からできている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール。
- 固体担体:
a)化学蒸着によって形成されたCeO2を含有する第1の多孔性層、
b)化学蒸着によって形成された第1の触媒層
を形成するステップを含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュールを製造する方法。 - ステップa)および/またはb)が、MOCVDによって行われる、請求項10に記載の製造方法。
- ステップa)に先立って、例えば、液体含浸によって、1種または数種の金属酸化物を含有するバッファー層が形成されるステップを含む、請求項12または13に記載の製造方法。
- CeO2を含有する第2の層が、第1の触媒層上に形成されるステップc)を含む、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 第2の触媒層が、CeO2を含有する第2の層上に形成されるステップd)を含む、請求項15に記載の製造方法。
- セリアと貴金属間の強力な結合の発生につながるステップb)の後の熱処理ステップを含む、請求項12から16のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
