Abstract

자동차 전조등은 정면 개구부를 구비한 램프 본체와 , 램프 본체 내측에 제공된 광원 및 반사경을 구비한 전조등 본체와, 램프 본체의 내측을 가리기 위해 전조등 본체 둘레에 제공되며 거울면을 구비한 확장 반사경과, 램프 본체의 정면 개구부와 맞물리는 정면 렌즈를 포함한다.
정면렌즈는 측벽과, 측벽의 정면 에지 사이의 거리를 감소시키도록 정면 렌즈의 측벽상에 형성된 스텝과, 정면렌즈의 측벽의 내부면상의 스텝 위에 형성된 다수의 두꺼운 부분을 포함하며, 확장 반사경은 상기 두꺼운 부분에 나사로 결합된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 자동차 전조등에 있어서, 정면 개구부를 구비한 램프 본체와, 상기 램프 본체내측에 제공되며, 광원(light source) 및 반사경(reflector)을 구비한 전조등 본체와, 상기 램프 본체의 내측면을 가리도록 상기 전조등 본체 둘레에 제공되며 거울면(mirror surface)을 구비한 확장(extension)반사경과, 상기 램프본체의 정면 개구부와 맞물리며, 측벽과 상기 측벽의 정면 에지사이의 거리를 감소시키도록 정면 렌즈의 측벽상에 형성된 스텝(step)및 정면 렌즈의 측벽의 내부면상에서 상기 스텝뒤에 형성된 다수의 두꺼운 부분을 포함한 정면 렌즈와, 상기 정면 렌즈의 두꺼운 부분내측에 상기 확장 반사경을 장착하기 위한 장착 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정면 렌즈의 측벽의 외부면은 광 차단 재료로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차전조등.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 램프 본체 내측에서 전조등 본체에 인접하여 제공된 보조 램프 챔버 및 보조 램프 본체를 더 포함하며, 상기 확장 반사경은 상기 보조 램프 챔버의 일부분과 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 램프 본체는 상기 램프 본체 내측에서 다수의 램프 챔버를 포함하며, 상기 확장반사경은 상기 램프 챔버의 모두를 지나 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차
    전조등.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확장 반사경은 상기 정면 렌즈의 두꺼운 부분에 대응하는 위치에서 확장반사경의 에지로 부터 돌출한 브리킷(bracket)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차전조등.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장착수단은 나사를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차전조등.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 확장 반사경은 상기 정면 렌즈의 두꺼운 부분에 대응하는 위치에서 확장 반사경의 에지로 부터 돌출한 브래킷(bracket)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 확장 반사경의 브래킷중 적어도 하나는 나사 삽입 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확장반사경의 표면상에는 진공 용착에 의해 알루미늄층에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전조등 본체와 램프 본체를 결합하기 위한 조준나사를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전조등 본체의 반사경은 포물선체형(parabolic shape)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사경은 다중 반사면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 램프 본체 내측에서 전조등 본체에 인접하여 제공되며, 클리어런스(clearance)광원 및 클리어런스 반사경을 구비한 클리어런스 램프 본체와 , 상기 램프 본체 내측에서 상기 클리어런스 램프본체에 인접하여 제공되며, 방향 지시 광원, 방향 지시 반사경 및 방향 지시 램프 본체의 정면을 커버하는 황색 구체(amber globe)를 구비한 방향 지시 램프 본체를 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
