Abstract

본 장치 및 방법은 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 전송하는 버퍼의 꽉참표시 또는 빈표시 상태에 따라 데이터 전송률을 적응적으로 조절하여, 전송용 버퍼의 넘침이나 고갈의 발생을 방지함으로써 재생되는 영상 및 오디오의 질을 향상시키기 위한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 장치는 입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단 ; 비디오데이터를 선입선출 방식에 의해 전송하기 위한 비디오용 선입선출 버퍼수단; 오디오 데이터를 선입선출방식에 의해 전송하기 위한 오디오용 선입선출 버퍼수단; 입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단 및 비디오용 선입선출 버퍼수단, 오디오용 선입선출 버퍼 수단내의 선입선출 버퍼들에 대한 각각의 플래그상태 레벨을 검출하기 위한 플래그상태 레벨검출수단; 입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단으로 부터 인가되는 비디오 데이터와 오디오 데이터에 대하여 각각의 큐 영역에 기록하고 읽기 위한 메모리 ; 플래그 상태 레벨검출 수단에서 검출된 입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단에 대한 플래그 상태 레벨에 따라 전송되는 데이터량을 결정하여 데이터전송을 제어하는 마이크로 프로세서를 포함하도록 구성된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 저장된 디지탈 데이터를 비트스트림 상태로 전송하여 원래의 상태로 복원하기 위한 동영상 및 오디오복호시스템의 상기 비트스트림 데이터를 적응적으로 전송하기 위한 전송장치에 있어서 ; 적어도 1개 이상의 선입선출 버퍼로 이루어져 인가되는 상기 비트스트림 데이터를 전송하기 위한 입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단 ; 적오ㄷ 1개 이상의 선입선출 버퍼로 이루어저 비트스트림 형태로 전송되는 비디오데이터를 선입선출방식에 의해 전송하기 위한 비디오용 선입선출 버퍼수단; 적어도 1개 이상의 선입선출버퍼로 이루어져 비트스트림형태로 전송되는 오디오데이터를 선입선출방식에 의해 전송하기 위한 오디오용 선입선출 버퍼수단; 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼수단 및 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단, 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단내의 상기 선입선출버퍼들에 대한 각각의 플래그 상태에 따라 입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단 및 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단과 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단의 플래그상태 레벨을 검출하기 위한 플레그상태 레벨 검출수단; 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼수단으로 부터 인가되는 비디오데이터와 오디오데이터에 대하여 각각 소정의 영역을 할당하여 기록하고 읽기 위한 메모리 ; 상기 플래그 상태 레벨검출 수단에서 검출된 상기 입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단에 대한 플래그 상태 레벨에 따라 상기입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단에서 출력되는 소정량의 데이터를 메모리의 소정 영역에 각각 기록하고, 상기 플래그 상태 레벨검출수단에서 검출된 비디오용 선입선출부퍼수단 또는 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단에 대한 각각의 플레그 상태레벨에 따라 메모리에 기록된 데이터를 읽어 비디오데이터인 경우에는 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단으로 출력하고, 오디오 데이터인 경우에는 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단으로 전송되도록 제어하기 위한 마이크로프로세서를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호 시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 마이크로 프로세서는 상기 입력용 선입선출용버퍼수단으로 부터 인가되는 데이터를 상기 메모리로 기록하고, 메모리에 기록된 데이터를 읽어 전송하는데 있어서 포인터를 이용한 간접 어드레스모드방식에 의하여 설정된 각각의 큐단위를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 비트스트림 데이터 전송장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 프로세서는 상기 플래그상태 레벨검출 수단에서 검출된 플래그상태 레벨값만큼 데이터량이 전송되도록 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼수단에서 상기 메모리로의 데이터전송량과 상기 메모리에서 상기 비디오용 또는 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단으로의 데이터전송량을 결정함을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플래그상태 레벨검출수단은 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼수단내의 상기 선입선출버퍼들에 대해서는 상기 선입선출버퍼들에 전혀 데이터가 채워지지 않은 상태부터 전 선입선출버퍼들에 데이타가 모두 채워지지 않은 상태까지 각각 상태레벨을 분류하여 플래그상태 레벨값을 검출하고, 상기 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단과 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단들내의 상기 선입선출버퍼들에 대해서는 상기 선입선출버퍼들에 전혀 데이터가 빈상태가 아닌 상태부터 전 선입선출버퍼들에 데이터가 모두 빈상태까지 각각 상태레벨을 분류하여 플래그상태 레벨값을 검출함을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플래그상태 레벨검출수단은 각각의 플래그상태 레벨값을 입력으로 하여 소정 비트의 데이터로 엔코드하기 위한 엔코더를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플래그상태 레벨검출 수단에서 검출되는 플래그상태 레벨값은 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼수단과 비디오용 및 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단내의 선입선출버퍼수에 비례함을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 프로세서는 플래그상태 레벨검출수단의 출력값에 의하여 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼수단과 상기 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단, 상기 오디오용 선입선출 버퍼수단에 대한 데이터전송량을 조절하기 위하여 폴링법(Polling method)을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송장치.
  8. 비트스트림 데이터를 원래의 비디오와 오디오신호로 복원하기 위하여 상기 비트스트림 데이터를 제공하는 소스원, 소스원에서 제공되는 비트스트림 데이터를 선입선출방식에 의하여 전송하기 위한 입력용 선입선출 버퍼수단과, 전체적인 데이터전송을 제어하기위한 마이크로 프로세서와, 마이크로 프로세서의 제어에 의하여 인가되는 비디오신호와 오디오신호에 대하여 각각의 큐영역을 갖고 기록하고 읽기 위한 메모리와, 마이크로 프로세서에서 출력되는 비디오신호룰 전송하기 위한 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단과, 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단에서 출력되는 비디오 신호를 복원하기 위한 비디오용 디코더 마이크로 프로세서에서 출력되는 오디오 신호를 전송하기 위한 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단과, 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단에서 출력되는 신호를 복원하기 위한 오디오용디코더를 포함하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템의 비트스트림데이터를 전송하는 전송방법에 있어서 ; 플래그비트를 체크하기 위한 모드가 설정되면, 상기 소스원에서 제공되는 역다중화되기 전의 비트스트림 데이터를 전송하는 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼 수단내의 적어도 1개이상의 선입선출 버퍼들에 대한 각각 꽉참표시 비트를 체크하여 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼수단에 대한 플래그상태 레벨값을 검출하는 제1과정; 검출된 플래그상태 레벨값에 따라 적응적으로 소정량의 데이터를 상기 메모리의 상기 큐영역에 기록할 수 있도록 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼로 부터 상기 메모리로의 전송제어를 하는 제2과정; 상기 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단 또는 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단내의 적어도 1개 이상의 선입선출버퍼들에 대한 각각의 빈표시 비트를 체크하여 상기 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단 또는 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단의 플래그상태 레벨값을 검출하는 제3과정; 검출된 상기 플래그상태 레벨값에 따라 적응적으로 상기 메모리의 상기 큐영역에 저장된 소정량의 데이터를 상기 비디오용 선입선출버퍼수단 또는 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단으로 전송하는 제4과정들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제4과정의 상기 큐영역은 포인터를 이용한 간접 어드레스모드방식에 의하여 비디오큐와 오디오큐로 설정됨을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1과정 및 제3과정에서 검출되는 풀래그상태 레벨값은 상기 입력용 선입선출버퍼수단과 비디오용 및 오디오용 선입선출버퍼수단내의 선입선출버퍼수수에 비례함을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2과정 및 제4과정에서 전송되는 데이터량은 검출된 상기 프래그상태 레벨값에 대응되는 선입선출버퍼수와 동일한 량임을 특징으로 하는 동영상 및 오디오 복호시스템에 있어서 적응적인 비트스트림 데이터 전송방법.
