Abstract

본 발명은 (A) 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 디오르가노폴리실록산 : 100중량부, (B) 하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 디오르가노폴리실록산 : 5 내지 80 중량부, (C) 1분자 중에 가수분해성 관능기를 3개 이상 함유한 실란 및 (또는) 실록산 : 0.2 내지 30중량부, (D) 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합된 알콕시기를 2개 이상 함유하고, 규소 원자에 알킬렌기를 개재하여 결합된 메르캅토기를 1개 함유한 오르가노실란 및 (또는) 그 부분 가수분해물 : 1 내지 20 중량부, (E) 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합된 알콕시기를 2개이상 함유하고, 규소 원자에 알킬렌기를 개재하여 결합된 치환 또는 비치환 아미노기를 1개 함유하는 오르가노실란 및(또는) 그 부분 가수분해물 : 5 내지 100중량부, (F) 축합 촉매 : 상기 (A) 내지 (C) 성분의 합계량 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 30 중량부, (G) 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하의 미소 분말 : 상기 (A) 내지 (C) 성분의 합계량 100 중량부에 대하여 2 내지 40 중량부를 필수 성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 조성물은 경화된 각종 고무 성형체의 표면 처리제로서 유용하며, 고무 표면에 비점착성, 발수성, 윤활성을 제공하고, 내마모성이 우수한 피막을 제공할 수 있다.
식 중, R1, R2는 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소기이고, m은 150 내지 10,000의 수를 나타내고, n은 m과 동일하거나 또는 그 이상의 수를 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. (A) 하기식(1)로 표시되는 디오르가노폴리실록산 : 100중량부
    (식 중, R1은 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소기이고, m은 150 내지 10,000의 수임), (B) 하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 디오르가노폴리실록산 : 5 내지 80 중량부
    (식 중, R2은 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소기이고, n은 상기 m과 동일하거나 또는 그 이상의 수임), (C) 1분자 중에 가수분해성 관능기를 3개 이상 함유한 실란 및(또는) 실록산 : 0.2 내지 30중량부, (D) 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합된 알콕시기를 2개 이상 함유하고, 규소 원자에 알킬렌기를 개재하여 결합된 메르캅토기를 1개 함유한 오르가노실란 및(또는) 그 부분 가수분해물 : 1 내지 20 중량부, (E) 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합된 알콕시기를 2개 이상 함유하고, 또한 규소 원자에 알킬렌기를 개재하여 결합된 치환 또는 비치환 아미노기를 1개 함유하는 오르가노실란 및(또는) 그 부분 가수분해물 : 5 내지 100중량부, (F) 축합 촉매 : 상기 (A) 내지 (C) 성분의 합계량 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 30 중량부, (G) 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하의 미소 분말 : 상기 (A) 내지 (C) 성분의 합계량 100 중량부에 대하여 2 내지 40 중량부를 필수 성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (G) 성분인 평균 입경이 50㎛ 이하인 미소 분말이 폴리카르보네이트 수지 분말인 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항의 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물에 의해 코팅 피막이 표면에 형성된 고무 제품.
