Abstract

하기로 구성되는 800㎛ 이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 자유 유동성 분말 조성물; (a) 적어도 하나의 폴리(모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소) 블록 및 적어도 하나의 수소 첨가되거나 또는 수소 첨가되지 않은 폴리(공액 디엔) 블록으로 구성되고 블록 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로하여, 10-60중량% 범위내 모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소 함량을 갖는 블록 공중합체 100 중량부; (b) 가소제 오일 50-200 중량부 (c) 폴리(모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소) 블록 사용가능한 수지 50-200 중량부; 및 (d) 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1-10중량%의 집진제.
먼저 집진제 및 발포제(만일 존재한다면)를 제외하고 모든 성분을 용융 블렌딩시킨 후 냉각시키는 것으로 구성되는 상기 자유 유동성 분말 조성물의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 그리고 나서 결과 얻은 조성물을 펠렛화하거나 또는 과립화하고 그리하여 얻은 과립 또는 펠렛을 저온 제분한다. 최종적으로, 집진제 및 임의로 발포제를 앞선 단계로 부터 결과 얻은 분말과 건조-블렌딩한다.
자유 유동성 분말 조성물은 매끄러운 표면을 갖는 균질층을 얻는데 매우 유용하다. 상기 층은 카펫트 덧대기, 컨베이어 벨트, 병마개 실런트에 성공적으로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 하기로 구성되는 800㎛ 이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 자유 유동성 분말 조성물; (a) 적어도 하나의 폴리(모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소) 블록 및 적어도 하나의 수소 첨가되거나 또는 수소 첨가되지 않은 폴리(공액 디엔) 블록으로 구성되고 블록 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로하여, 10-60중량% 범위내 모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소 함량을 갖는 블록 공중합체 100 중량부; (b) 가소제 오일 50-200 중량부 (c) 폴리(모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소) 블록 사용가능한 수지 50-200 중량부; 및 (d) 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1-10중량%의 집진제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체가 두개의 폴리(모노비닐방향족 탄화수소) 말단블록 및 하나의 폴리(공액 디엔) 중간 블록으로 구성된 성형 블록 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 자유 유동성 분말 조성물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 가소제 오일이 100-150 중량부 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자유 유동성 분말 조성물.
  4. 제1-3항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 폴리(모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소) 블록 사용가능 수지가 70-120 중량부 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자유 유동성 분말 조성물.
  5. 제1-4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 집진제가 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로하여 1-5중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자유 유동성 분말 조성물.
  6. 제1-5항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 분말 조성물이 부가로 500 중량부 이하의 충진제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자유 유동성 분말 조성물.
  7. 제1-6항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 분말 조성물이 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로하여 3중량% 이하의 발포제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자유 유동성 분말 조성물.
  8. 제1-7항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서 청구된 바와 같은 자유 유동성 분말 조성물의 제조 방법으로서, 하기 단계로 구성되는 방법 : (a) 집진제 및 발포제(만일 존재한다면)를 제외한 자유 유동성 분말 조성물내 존재하는 모든 성분을 용융-블렌딩 한 후, 냉각시키고; (b) 단계 (a)로부터 결과 얻은 조성물을 과립화하거나 또는 펠렛화하고; (c) 단계 (b)로부터 결과 얻은 과립 또는 펠렛을 저온 제분하고; 그리고 (d)단계 (d)로부터 결과 얻은 분말과 집진제 및 임의의 발포제를 건조-블렌딩한다.
  9. 제1-7항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 자유 유동성 분말 조성물을 용융시켜 얻을 수 있는 균질층.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 자유 유동성 분말 조성물의 용융이 조성물층을 가열함으로써 실현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 균질층.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 비용융 분말 조성물을 적외선 복사선에 노출시켜 가열을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균질층.
  12. 카펫트 덧대기가 제9-11항 중 임의의 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 균질층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카펫트.
  13. 제9-11항 중 임의의 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 균질층으로 구성된 콘베이어 벨트.
  14. 제9-11항 중 임의의 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 균질층으로 구성된 병마개 실런트.
