Abstract
Предложена свободно текучая порошковая композиция с размером частиц 800 мкм или меньше, содержащая 100 мас.ч. блок-сополимера, включающего по крайней мере один блок поли (моновинилового ароматического углеводорода) и по крайней мере один блок гидрогенизированного или негидрогенизированного поли (сопряженного диена) и имеющего содержание моновинилового ароматического углеводорода в интервале 10 - 60 мас.% на основе общей массы блок-сополимера, 50-200 мас.ч. пластифицирующего масла, 50-200 мас.ч. смолы, совместимой с блоком поли (моновинилового ароматического углеводорода) и 0,1-10 мас.% опудривающего средства на основе общей массы композиции. Способ получения свободно текучей порошковой композиции заключается в том, что сначала смешивают в расплавленном состоянии все компоненты за исключением опудривающего средства и газообразующего средства, если оно присутствует, с последующим охлаждением. Затем полученную композицию гранулируют или таблетируют и полученные гранулы или шарики криогенно измельчают. Наконец, опудривающее средство и возможно газообразующее средство смешивают в сухом виде с порошком, полученным на предшествующей стадии. Свободно текучая порошковая композиция очень подходит для получения однородных слоев, имеющих гладкую поверхность. Эти слои можно успешно наносить на основу ковра, конвейерные ленты, герметики для колпачков бутылок.
Claims (1)
- Предложена свободно текучая порошковая композиция с размером частиц 800 мкм или меньше, содержащая 100 мас.ч. блок-сополимера, включающего по крайней мере один блок поли (моновинилового ароматического углеводорода) и по крайней мере один блок гидрогенизированного или негидрогенизированного поли (сопряженного диена) и имеющего содержание моновинилового ароматического углеводорода в интервале 10 - 60 мас.% на основе общей массы блок-сополимера, 50-200 мас.ч. пластифицирующего масла, 50-200 мас.ч. смолы, совместимой с блоком поли (моновинилового ароматического углеводорода) и 0,1-10 мас.% опудривающего средства на основе общей массы композиции. Способ получения свободно текучей порошковой композиции заключается в том, что сначала смешивают в расплавленном состоянии все компоненты за исключением опудривающего средства и газообразующего средства, если оно присутствует, с последующим охлаждением. Затем полученную композицию гранулируют или таблетируют и полученные гранулы или шарики криогенно измельчают. Наконец, опудривающее средство и возможно газообразующее средство смешивают в сухом виде с порошком, полученным на предшествующей стадии. Свободно текучая порошковая композиция очень подходит для получения однородных слоев, имеющих гладкую поверхность. Эти слои можно успешно наносить на основу ковра, конвейерные ленты, герметики для колпачков бутылок.
