Abstract

본 발명의 사출금형은 고정금형과 가동금형의 대향면 사이에 형성되어 제품의 형태를 결정짓는 캐비티와, 고정금형과 가동금형에 각각 배치되어 캐비티로 분사된 수지를 냉각시키는 냉각채널들을 구비하되, 가동금형의 냉각채널은 고정금형에서 냉각채널이 형성되지 않은 부분과 대향하도록 배치됨으로써, 생산제품이 양방향 굴절과 같은 광학적 특성을 일정하게 유지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사출성형 사이클을 증가시키기 위해 냉각속도를 단축시킬 경우에도 성형제품이 휘는 등의 기계적 특성 변형이 일어나는 것을 방지해 준다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따라 생산된 컴팩트디스크의 양방향굴절의 불균질도를 나타낸 원형 그래프.
제4도는 본 발명 및 종래의 금형의 일실시예에 따라 고정금형에 적용된 냉각채널의 배치도.

Claims (3)

  1. 고정금형과 가동금형의 대향면 사이에 형성되어 제품형태를 결정짓는 캐비티와, 상기 고정금형과 가동금형에 각각 배치되어 상기 캐비티로 분산된 수지를 냉각시키는 냉각채널을 구비하되, 상기 가동금형의 냉각채널은 상기 고정금형의 냉각채널이 형성되지 않은 부분과 대향하는 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출금형.
  2. 고정금형과 가동금형의 대향면 사이에 형성되어 제품의 형태를 결정짓는 원형 캐비티와, 상기 고정금형과 가동금형에 각각 배치되어 상기 캐비티로 분사된 수지를 냉각시키는 냉각채널을 구비하되, 상기 고정금형과 가동금형의 상기 냉각채널은 각각 원주방향으로 연장된 다수의 냉각채널을 형성하고, 상기 가동금형의 원주방향으로 연장된 냉각채널 들은 상기 고정금형의 원주방향으로 연장된 냉각채널들과 상기 캐비티의 반지름 방향에서 대향되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출금형.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캐비티에 의해 결정된 제품은 광학디스크용 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출금형.
