PURPOSE:To obtain a molding apparatus by which the molded product of a disk etc. is obtained with high accuracy efficiently, by shaping first and second channels which become the flow passage of thermal medium into a predetermined pattern and making thermal medium to flow through a specific route. CONSTITUTION:First and second channel parts 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B constitute respectively concentric patterns which are connected, connected positions being shifted, ranging from the central part to the peripheral part of each mold 1, 2. Outer ends of the channels are connected each other and thermal medium is made to flow from the central part side of the first channels 5A, 6A toward their peripheral part side, then reversely to this flow thermal medium is made to flow from the peripheral part side of the second channels 5B, 6B toward their central part side.
