Abstract

PROCESSO E MáQUINA PARA MOLDAGEM DE UM OBJETO AGRUPADO . A invenção diz respeito a um procedimento para moldagem seq³encial de um objeto unido e uma máquina para execução do procedimento. O objeto produzido em pelo menos duas moldagens subseq³entes é moldado em um molde com uma parte frontal (1) usualmente fixa, uma parte posterior (2) móvel e pelo menos uma parte intermediária (3) rotativa. Após a moldagem da primeira parte do objeto (5), a parte intermediária (3) é girada pelo menos uma vez, de preferência, 180 graus em torno de um eixo de rotação (4), colocado em um ângulo reto à direção do movimento entre a parte frontal e a parte posterior, antes que ocorra a moldagem da parte seguinte do objeto (10). Desse modo, a primeira parte do objeto da moldagem na parte frontal (1) pode ser transportado, via a parte intermediária (3), para a parte posterior (2), na qual pode ocorrer a moldagem seguinte sobre o objeto. Como também a injeção e o resfriamento podem ocorrer, simultaneamente, na parte frontal e na parte posterior, pode-se economizar muito tempo de ciclo. Em uma concepção especial, a parte intermediária (3) pode ser equipada com um isolamento (11) na parte intermediária, o que garante que entre a parte frontal (1) e a parte intermediária (3) pode ser mantida uma temperatura mais alta do que entre a parte intermediária e parte posterior (2). Por meio disto, é possível moldar, conjuntamente, diferentes materiais, tais como um material termoplástico e um elastómero, um silicone, ou metal e plástico.
