Abstract

이중 기능을 갖춘 핀형 패스너(11,12)는 공작물(24,27)을 함께 고정하는데 사용되는 핀(11)을 포함한다. 핀(11)은 핀(11)이 공작물에 패스너로서 설치된 후에 핀(11)의 잔류 부분(15)로부터 분리가능한 핀 미부(17)을 가지며, 그리고 핀 미부(17)은 그후 용접 스터드로서 사용되며 그리고 핀 형태의 패스너로서의 동일한 공작물에 또는 다른 공작물에 용접된다. 핀 형 패스너는 일예로 너트나 핀에 결합되는 스웨이징 가능한 칼라와 로크 볼트의 두 부품의 패스너로 된다. 핀(11)은 핀 미부(17)의 분리를 용이하게 하기 위해 브레이크넥(16)을 가진다. 핀(11) 그 자체가 용접 스터드가 된다. 사용시에, 핀형 패스너 (11, 12)는 공작물(27)내에서 설치되고 그리고 핀 미부(17)은 분리되며, 그리고 그 후 핀 미부(17)은 용접 스터드로서 사용되어 공작물(36)에 용접된다. 전기 용접이 사용된다 장점은 스터드로서 핀 미부의 사용을 통해 경제적이다

Claims (6)

  1. 먼저 패스너를 설치하고 나중에 핀 미부를 분리하는, 분리 가능한 핀 미부를 포함한 핀 형 이중 기능 패스너의 사용 방법에 있어서, 분리된 핀 미부를 나중에 용접 스터드로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 .
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 패스너를 설치하는 단계가 핀을 공작물에 용접하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 패스너를 설치하는 단계가 패스너의 일부분을 변형시켜 제 2공작물을 제 1공작물에 고정시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  4. 먼저 핀의 핀 미부로부터 먼 쪽 단부를 제 1공작물에 용접시키는 단계와, 그 후 패스너의 일부분을 변형시켜 제 2공작물을 제 1공작물에 고정시키는 단계와, 그 후 설치된 패스너로부터 핀 미부를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 분리 가능한 핀 미부를 포함하는 핀 형 이중 기능 패스너의 사용 방법에 있어서, 그 후 분리된 핀 미부를 용접 스터드로 사용하고, 동일한 공작물이나 다른 공작물에 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 핀 미부를 갖춘 핀을 구비한 핀 형 패스너 형태의 이중 기능 패스너에 있어서, 핀 미부가 패스너의 초기 설치 후에 핀의 잔류 부분으로부터 분리 가능한 용접 스터드이고, 그 후에 이를 용접 스터드로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 기능 패스너.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 핀 자체가 용접 스터드인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 기능 패스너.
