Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기의 도어 완충장치에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 세탁기의 도어를 닫을때 발생되는 충격을 효과적으로 흡수히기 위한 세탁기의 도어 완충장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 세탁기의 도어를 닫을때 발생되는 충격을 효과적으로 흡수하여 도어의 파손을 방지하며 도어를 닫을때 발생되는 소음을 저감시켜 주기 위한 세탁기의 도어 완충장치에 관한 것이다.
전술한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은, 탑커버(2)의 상면 전방 내측에 양측으로 매설한 실린더(4)와, 상기 실린더(4)의 상부 중앙에 형성한 삽입공(6)과, 상기 삽입공(6)에 삽입되어 세탁기의 도어(3)가 얹혀지는 누름부(5)와, 상기 누름부(5)와 연동되어 실린더(4)의 내측에 상하로 이동하는 피스턴(8)과, 상기 피스턴(8)의 하단에 소정의 탄성력을 구비하여 탄지된 탄성부재(9)로 구성됨에 특징이 있는 세탁기의 도어 완충장치를 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 탑커버(2)의 상면 전방 내측에 양측으로 매설한 실린더(4)와, 상기실린더(4)의 상부중앙에 형성한 삽입공(6)과, 상기 삽입공(6)에 삽입되어 세탁기의 도어(3)가 얹혀지는 누름부(5)와, 상기 누름부(5)와 연동되어 실린더(4)의 내측에 상하고 이동하는 피스턴(8)과, 상기 피스턴(8)의 하단에 소정의 탄성력을 구비하여 탄지된 탄성부재(9)로 구성됨에 특징이 있는 세탁기의 도어 완충장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스턴(8)은 상하 이동시 비틀리지 않으면서 실린더(4) 내부의 공기를 효과적으로 압축하여 도어(3)의 충격을 흡할수 있도록 실린더(4)의 내측에 긴밀하게 설치됨에 특징이 있는 세탁기의 도어 완충장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재(9)는 압축되더라도 비틀리지 않도록 실린더(4)의 내경과 거의 동일한 직경으로 형성함에 특징이 있는 세탁기의 도어 완충장치.
