Abstract
본 발명은 프리포옴과 사출코어간의 경계에 소정 압력의 가스를 압입하여, 그 가스압에 의해 프리포옴 내표면과 코어 표면을 절연하여 프리포옴을 고온에서 분리할 수 있게하는 프리포옴을 사출 연신 취입 성형으로 성형하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 프리포옴 성형 방법에 사용되는 금형장치의 금형폐쇄시 상기 금형 장치의 종단면도.
제2도는 프리포옴의 성형 상태를 도시하는 사출 공동 상부의 부분종단면도.
제3도는 사출코어와 프리포옴사이의 가스층을 도시하는 사출 공동 상부의 부분종단면도.
제4도는 프리포옴의 분리 상태를 도시하는 금형장치의 부분종단면도.

Claims (2)
- 사출 성형한 프리포옴을 사출 금형과 넥크형 금형에 의하여 지지된 사출코어로부터 고온상태에서 분리하고, 그리고 사출 성형된 프로포옴을 분리한 직후 또는 상기 분리된 프리포옴을 가열 수단에 의해 온도 조정한 직후에 상기 분리된 프리포옴을 성형품으로 연신 취입 성형하는 프리포옴 성형 방법에 있어서, 상기 프리포옴의 스킨층을 만들기 위한 냉각단계를 수행하기 위하여, 수지를 사출 공동내에 사출 충전시켜 형성한 프리포옴과 사출 코어간의 경계에 소정의 압력가스를 압입하여, 그 가스압에 의해 프리포옴 내표면과 코어표면을 절연함과 동시에 프리포옴을 공동표면을 향하여 가압하는 단계와, 상기 프리포옴의 내표면을 사출 코어의 표면과 절연시킨 상태에서 프리포옴을 분리시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리포옴 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리포옴과 상기 사출코어간의 경계에 가스를 압입하는 단계는 사출압력유지 단계가완료한 이후에 개시하고, 그리고 상기 프리포음의 스킨층을 형성하는 냉각단계가 완료한 후 그리고 상기 프리포옴이 분리되기 전에 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리포옴 성형 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
