Abstract

본 발명에 따른 열결합성 심을 위한 부직물은 생분해 가능한 셀룰로오스 물질로된 실로 이루어진 씨실과 연속성 다중-필라멘트 실로 구성된다.
부직물은 열융합성질의 제공전에 최고 130℃의 실린더와 압축벨트를 통과시켜 기게적 압착시킨다.
전술한 부직물로 구성된 열결합심은 열융합 폴리머 점의 제공후에 제1처리와 유사한 제2차 기계적 압축처리를 하는데 이때 실린더 온도는 80℃ 이하가 된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 씨실직물로 구성된 열결합성 의복심으로 사용되는 부직물에 있어서, 씨실은 생분해가능한 셀룰로오스 물질로된 실로 구성되고, 날실은 연속성 다중 필라멘트 실로만 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 씨실이 비스코스만으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 씨실직물은 열융합성 폴리머 점을 제공하기전에 가습처리하고 이어서 최고 130℃ 온도의 실린더와 압축벨트 사이를 통과하여 기게적 압축처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직물.
  4. 제3항에 따른 부직물로 구성된 열결합성 심에 있어서, 열융합성 폴리머점을 제공한후에 제1처리와 유사한 가습처리와 기게적 압축처리를 받게되며, 이때 실린더 온도는 80℃ 이하가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합성 심.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 부직물이 제공된 풀리머점은 낮은 용융점의 폴러머인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합성 심.
