Abstract

필라멘트와 단섬유로부터 이루어지고, 팽팽하고 뻣뻣하며, 탄발성이 우수하며, 또한 필라멘트가 단섬유이어서 안정적으로 피복되어 보풀이 적고 균제도에 있어서 우수한 복합사를 제공한다. 강성계수가 172×103이상인 필라멘트를 코어에 포함하는 섬유속과 단섬유만으로 된 섬유속이 상호 감기므로써 실제 꼬임 부가되어 이루어진 복합사.

제3도는 본 발명의 복합사의 제조장치의 사시도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 필라멘트가 코어에 단섬유가 의장에 배치된 코어 · 외장구조의 섬유속(A)과, 단섬유만으로된 섬유속(B)이 상호 감기므로써 실제 꼬임이 부여되어 이루어진 복합사로서, 그 섬유속(A)과 섬유속(B)의 구성비 A/B가 중량비로 0.4내지 2.3의 범위에 있으며, 상기 섬유속(A)의 코어에 존재하는 필라멘트의 강성계수(G)가 하기의 식(1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽팽하고 뻣뻣하며, 탄발성이 우수한 복합사.
    (1)G=∑Ii · Mi≥172×103
    단, 식(1)에 있어서, n은 필라멘트본수, I는 필라멘트(직경 μm)의 단면 2차 모멘트, M은 필라멘트의 모듈러스(2% 신상시의 응력 g/데니어(d)), G는 강성계수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트의 1본당 굵기가 10내지 30데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽팽하고 뻣뻣하며, 탄발성이 우수한 복합사.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필라멘트의 본수가 1본인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽팽하고 뻣뻣하며, 탄발성이 우수한 복합사.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필라멘트의 본수가 2내지 5본인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽팽하고 뻣뻣하며, 탄발성이 우수한 복합사.
