Abstract
이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물을, 알데히드 혼합물을 형성하기 위한 1-부텐- 및 2-부텐-함유 혼합물의 2단계 하이드로포밀화 반응, 분리 및 혼합된 알데히드 혼합물의 축합으로 알돌 혼합물 형성 및 알돌 혼합물의 분리 및 수소화에 의해 제조한다.
하이드로포밀화반응의 제1단계는 물에 용해된 로듐 촉매 존재하에, 제2단계는 반응매질에 균질하게 용해된 코발트 축매 존재하에 수행된다. 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물을 프탈산과 에스테르화시키는 경우 가소제로 사용되는 이성체성 데실 프탈레이트 혼합물이 수득된다.

Claims (8)
- 제1단계는 촉매로서 착물화된 수용성 포스핀을 함유하는 로듐 화합물을 사용하여 온도 70 내지 150℃ 및 압력 0.4 내지 30MPa에서 비균질 반응계중에서, 제2단계는 촉매로서 코발트 화합물의 존재하에 온도 130 내지 180℃ 및 압력 8 내지 30MPa에서 균질상중에서 반응을 수행하여 알데히드 혼합물을 형성하기 위한 1-부텐- 및 2-부텐-함유 혼합물의 2단계 하이드로포밀화 반응, 하이드로포밀화 반응단계로부터 생성된 알데히드 혼합물의 분리 및 혼합, 혼합된 알데히드 혼합물의 축합으로 알돌 혼합물 형성 및 알돌 혼합물의 분리 및 수소화에 의해 수득되는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1하이드로포밀화반응 단계가 100 내지 130℃ 및 1 내지 10MPa의 압력에서 수행되는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1하이드로포밀화 반응 단계가 수성 촉매 용액을 기준으로 20 내지 1000중량ppm, 바람직하게는 50 내지 500pm의 로듐 농도에서 수행되는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1하이드로포밀화반응 단계에서 수용성 포스핀이 로듐 몰당 4 내지 100몰 사용되는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상전이 시약이 제1하이드로포밀화반응 단계에서 수성 촉매 용액에 가해지는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2하이드로포밀화반응 단계가 제2반응 단계내로 도입되는 부텐을 기준으로 0.1 내지 3중량%, 바람직하게는 0.6 내지 1중량%의 코발트 농도에서 수행되는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 프탈산 또는 프탈산 무수물과 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물과의 에스테르화반응에 의해 수득되는 이성체성 디데실 프탈레이트 혼합물.
- 제7항에 따른 이성체성 디데실 프탈레이트 혼합물의 가소제로서의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
