Abstract

1-부텐/2-부텐 혼합물을 하이드로포밀화시켜 알데히드 혼합물을 수득하고 알데히드 혼합물을 분리한 수, 이를 산화시켜 펜탄산 이성체 혼합물을 제조한다. 하이드로포밀화는 수용성인 로듐 촉매존재하에 수행한다. C5-모노카복실산의 이성체 혼합물을 2가 또는 다가 알콜로 에스테르화시키는 경우, 냉각제로서 염소가 없으며 부분적으로 불소화된 탄화수소로 작동되는 냉각 압축기용 윤활제로서 사용되는 이성체성 에스테르 혼합물을 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 착물로서 결합된 수용성 포스핀을 함유하는 로듐 화합물을 촉매로서 사용하는 불균일 반응 시스템중의 1-부텐/2-부텐 혼합물을 70 내지 150℃온도 및 0.4 내지 30MPa 압력하에 하이드로포밀화시켜 알데히드 혼합물을 수득하고, 생성된 알데히드 혼합물을 하이드로포밀화 생성물로부터 분리한 후, 이를 산화시켜 수득된 펜탄산의 이성체 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1하이드로포밀화 단계에서의 반응이 100 내지 130℃ 및 1 내지 10MPa의 압력하에 수행되는 펜탄산의 이성체 혼합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하이드로포밀화 단계에서의 반응이 촉매 수용액을 기준으로 하여 20 내지 1000 중량ppm, 바람직하게는 50 내지 500중량ppm의 로듐 농도에서 수행되는 펜탄산의 이성체 혼합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로포밀화 단계에서 로듐 1몰당 수용성 포스핀 4 내지 100몰이 사용되는 펜탄산의 이성체 혼합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로포밀화 단계에서 촉매 수용액에 상 전이제를 가하는 펜탄산의 이성체 혼합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 펜탄산의 이성체를 알콜로 에스테르화시켜 수득한 이성체성 펜탄산 에스테르 혼합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 에스테르 혼합물의 알콜 성분이 펜타에리트리톨인 이성체성 펜탄산 에스테르 혼합물.
  8. 냉각제로서 염소가 없으며 부분적으로 불소화된 탄소수소로 작동되는 냉각 압출기용 윤활제로서의, 제6항 또는 제7항에서 청구된 이성체성 펜탄산 에스테르 혼합물의 용도.
