Abstract

본 발명은 프로필렌을 촉매로서의 탈활성화 제올라이트의 존재하에 올리고머화시키고, 올리고머 혼합물로부터 C9-올레핀을 분리한 다음, C9-올레핀을 C10-알데히드로 하이드로포밀화시키고, C10-알데히드를 수소화시켜 수득한 이성체성 데실 알콜의 혼합물에 관한 것이다. 프탈산으로 에스테르화시키는 경우, 당해 혼합물은 가소제로서 사용될 수 있는 이성체성 디-데실 프탈레이트의 혼합물을 제공한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 프로필렌을 촉매로서의 탈활성화 제올라이트의 존재하에 올리고머화시키고, 당해 올리고머 혼합물로부터 C9-올레핀을 분리한 다음, C9-올레핀을 C10-알데히드로 하이드로포밀화시키고, C10-알데히드를 수소화시켜 수득한 이성체성 데실알콜의 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, C9-올레핀의 하이드로포밀화가 코발트 촉매의 존재하에 수행되는 이성체성 데실 알콜의 혼합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, C9-올레핀의 하이드로포밀화가 로듐 촉매의 존재하에 수행되는 이성체성 데실 알콜의 혼합물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, C9-올레핀의 하이드로포밀화가 촉매로서 로듐 착물(이때, 당해 착물은 리간드로서 유기 포스핀을 함유한다)의 존재하에 수행되는 이성체성 데실알콜의 혼합물.
  5. 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로포밀화가 촉매로서 로듐 착물(이때, 당해 착물은 리간드로서 수용성 유기 포스핀을 함유한다)의 존재하에 수행되는 이성체성 데실 알롤의 혼합물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, C9-올레핀의 하이드로 포밀화가 촉매로서 로듐 착물(이때, 당해 착물은 리간드로서 유기 포스파이트를 함유한다)의 존재하에 수행되는 이성체성 데실 알콜의 혼합물.
  7. 제1항, 제3항 및 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, C9-올레핀의 하이드로포밀화가 리간드로서 입체 장애된 유기포스파이트를 함유하는 로듐 착물의 존재하에 수행되는 이성체성 데실 알콜의 혼합물.
  8. 프탈산 또는 프탈산 무수물을 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 이성체성 데실 알콜의 혼합물로 에스테르화 시켜 수득한 이성체성 데실 프탈레이트의 혼합물.
  9. 제9항에 따른 이성체성 디-데실 프탈레인트 혼합물의 가소제로서의 용도.
