Abstract

Se obtienen mezclas de alcoholes decílicos isoméricos, por medio de la oligomerización de propileno, en presencia de zeolita desactivada como catalizador, separación de las olefinas de 9 átomos de carbono de la mezcla oligomérica, hidroformilación de la olefinas de 9 átomos de carbono, a aldehidos de 10 átomos de carbono, e hidrogenación de los aldehidos de 10 átomos de carbono. Las mezclas producen, mediante esterificación con ácido ftálico, una mezcla de ftalatos de di-decilo isoméricos, que tienen uso como ablandadores.
