Abstract

본 발명은 알루미나의 카보니트라이드화에 의해 알루미늄 니트라이드를 연속적으로 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.
이 방법에 따르면, 알루미나, 탄소, 결합제 및 질소를 사용하는 반응이 1개 이상의 도관으로 구성되는 반응 구역이 5 내지 150m-1, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50m-1의 교환 표면적/부피비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기내에서 수행된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 알루미나, 탄소 및 질소로부터 출발하는 카보니트라이드화 반응에 의해 알루미늄 니트라이드를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응이 1개 이상의 도관으로 구성된 반응구역이 5 내지 150m-1의 교환 표면적/부피비를 갖는 반응기내에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 교환 표면적/부피 비가 10 내지 50m-1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도관은 원형, 타원형, 환상, 정다각형 또는 곡선 다각형으로부터 선택된 형태의 단면을 가지며, 규칙적이건 비규칙적이건, 대칭축을 갖는 기하학적 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결합제와 합해진 알루미나 및 탄소가 0.2 내지 3MPa의 분쇄강도 및 15%이하의 마찰손실을 갖는 과립의 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연속적인 충진에 의해 조작되는 반응기가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이동층 반응기가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
