Claims (8)
- 방전가공장치의 전원에 있어서, 가공용의 에너지를 공급하는 제1의 전원, 상기 제1의 전원의 출력전압보다 높은 출력전압을 가짐과 동시에 상기 제1의 전원의 출력임피던스보다 높은 출력임피던스를 갖는 제2의 전원 및 상기 제2의 전원의 출력임피던스를 가공조건에 따라서 변경하는 변경수단을 구비한 방전가공 장치의 전원.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 제2의 전원을 가공간극에 인가하는 것에 의해 발생하는 가공간극 전압을 가공조건에 따라서 설정된 설정값과 비교하고, 그 대소를 검출하는 검출수단을 구비한 방전가공장치의 전원.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2의 전원을 가공간극에 인가하는 것에 의해 발생하는 가공간극전압을 검출하고, 이것이 일정전압 이하로 된 경우에 상기 제2의 전원의 출력임피던스를 내리는 제어를 실행하는 제어수단을 구비한 방전가공장치의 전원.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2의 전원을 가공간극에 인가하는 것에 의해 발생하는 가공간극전압을 검출하고, 이것이 일정전압 이상으로 된 경우에 상기 제2의 전원의 출력임피던스를 올리는 제어를 실행하는 제어수단을 구비한 방전가공장치의 전원.
- 방전가공장치의 전원에 있어서, 가공용의 에너지를 공급하는 제1의 전원, 상기 제1의 전원의 출력전압보다 높은 출력전압을 가짐과 동시에 상기 제1의 전원의 출력임피던스보다 높은 출력임피던스를 갖는 제2의 전원 및 상기 제2의 전원의 출력전압을 가공조건에 따라서 변경하는 변경수단을 구비한 방전가공장치의 전원.

- 특허청구의 범위 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 제2의 전원을 가공간극에 인가하는 것에 의해 발생하는 가공간극전압을 검출하고, 이것이 일정전압 이하로 된 경우에 상기 제2의 전원의 출력전압을 올리는 제어를 실행하는 제어수단을 구비한 방전가공장치의 전원.
