Abstract

비디오카세트레코더등의 자기기록재생장치의 테이프로딩기구에 관한 것으로써, 가이드홈이 메인플레이트와 다이캐스트제의 드럼베이스에 걸쳐서 형성되어 있는 경우에도 가동테이프가이드가 가이드홈을 스므스하게 이동하고, 또 높은 치수정밀도를 얻기 위해, 가이드홈을 형성하는 메인플레이트와 드럼베이스의 접합부분에 있어서, 서로 두께방향으로 단차부를 마련하고, 중첩하는 구성으로 한다.
이러한 테이프로딩기구에 의해, 접합부분에 있어서의 다이캐스트의 두께를 얇게해서 치수정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 또 가동테이프가이드를 스무스하게 이동시킬 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 자기테이프를 로딩하는 테이프로딩기구에 있어서, 기록재생헤드를 갖는 회전드럼, 상기 회전드럼이 부착되고, 다이캐스트공정에 의해 형성된 드럼베이스, 상기 자기테이프를 상기 회전드럼상에 감는 가동테이프가이드, 상기 드럼베이스가 부착되어 접합되는 메인플레이트 및 상기 가동테이프가이드를 안내하기 위해 상기 드럼베이스와 상기 메인플레이트에 걸쳐서 형성된 가이드홈을 포함하며, 상기 드럼베이스와 메인플레이트의 각각에는 접합 부분에 두께방향으로 단차부가 마련되어 있고, 상기 단차부는 서로 중첩하는 테이프 로딩기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메인플레이트의 접합부분에 아웃서트가 실시되는 테이프로딩기구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아웃서트는 두께방향으로 메인플레이트에 끼워지고, 상기 메인플레이트의 하나의 측면상의 상기 아웃서트부의 일부는 상기 단차부를 형성하도록 연장되며, 상기 드럼베이스는 상기 아웃서트에 끼워맞추어지도록 상기 단차부를 구비한 테이프로딩기구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 메인플레이트는 두께 1.6㎜를 갖고, 상기 메인플레이트의 양면에 실시된 상기 아웃서트와 상기 연장부의 상기 아웃서트는 두께 1.0㎜를 가지며, 상기 드럼베이스의 상기 단차부는 두께 3.6㎜와 2.6㎜를 갖는 테이프로딩기구.
