Abstract

본 발명은 일반식(1)의 비이온성 계면활성제(a), 일반식 (2)의 비이온성 계면활성제(b), 에틸렌계 불포화설폰산 또는 카복실산, 또는 이의 무수물의 중합체성 화합물(c), 하이드로트로피 제제(d) 및 임의의 성분으로서, 지방족 포화 모노알콜(e)을 포함하는 저발포성 수성 섬유 보조 제형에 관한 것이다.
섬유 보조 제형은 분산제로서 사용하기에 적합하고 섬유물질을 습관, 세척 및/또는 표백하는데 적합하다.

Claims (17)

  1. 일반식 (1)의 비이온성 계면활성제(a), 일반식 (2)의 비이온성 계면활성재(b), 에틸렌계 불포화 설폰산 또는 카복실산, 또는 이의 무수물의 중합체성 화합물(c), 하이드로트로피 제제(d) 및 임의의 성분으로서, 지방족 포화 모노알콜(e)을 포함하는 저발포성 수성 섬유 보조 제형.
    상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 8 내지 10의 완전 알킬 라디칼이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼이며, R3은 C8-C18알킬이고, R4는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이며, m1은 0.5 내지 2의 값이고, n1은 6 내지 9의 값이며, n2는 1 내지 40의 값이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 n-옥틸인 섬유 보조 제형.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R2가 n-브틸인 섬유 보조 제형.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (a)가 일반식(3)의 혼합된 에테르인 섬유 보조 제형.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 일반식 (4)의 비이온성 계면활성제인 섬유 보조제형.
    상기 식에서 R5는 C11-C13알킬이다.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (c)가 분자량이 2,000 내지 2,000,000인 폴리아크릴산인 섬유 보조 제형.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 한에 있어서, 성분 (d)가 2-에틸헥실 설페이트의 나트륨 염인 섬유보조 제형.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식 (1)의 비이온성 계면활성제(a), 일반식(2)의 비이온성 계면활성제(b), 폴리아크릴산(c) 및 2-에틸헥실설페이트의 나트륨 염(d) 및 임의의 성분으로서, 3,5,5-트리메틸헥산올(e)을 포함하는 섬유 보조 제형.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(3)의 비이온성 계면활성제(a), 일반식 (4)의 비이온성 계면활성제(b), 폴리아크릴산(c) 및 2-에틸헥실설페이트의 나트륨 염(d)을 포함하는 섬유 보조 제형.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, pH가 3 내지 5의 범위인 섬유 보조 제형.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a) 3내지 40중량%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 30중량%, 성분(b) 5 내지 40중량%, 성분 (c) 3 내지 20중량%, 성분(d) 1내지 15중량%, 성분(e) 0 내지 10중량% 및 물을 가하여 100%를 만들기 위한 물을 포함하는 섬유 보조 제형.
  12. 머저 단량체성 에틸렌계 불포화설폰산 또는 카복실산, 또는 이의 무수물을 촉매의 존재하에 하나 이상의 비이온성 계면활성제(a) 및/또는 (b)의 존재하에 반응시켜 성분(c)를 제조하고, pH를 약 4.5로 조절한 다음 잔류 성분을 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 보조 제형을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 습윤제, 섬유 세제, 분사제로서 또는 과산화 표백액에 대한 안정화제로서 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 보조 제형의 용도.
  14. 섬유 물질을 일반식(1)의 비이온성 계면활성제(a), 일반식 (2)의 비이온성 계면활성제(b), 에틸렌계 불포화 설폰산 또는 카복실산, 또는 이의 무수물의 중합체성 화합물(c), 하이드로트로피 제제(d) 및 임의의 성분으로서, 지방족 포화 모노알콜(e)을 포함하는 섬유 보조 제형의 존재하에서 수성 매질로 처리함을 특징으로 하여, 섬유 물질을 습윤, 세척 및/또는 표백하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 8 내지 10의 완전 선형 알킬 라디칼이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼이며, R3은 C8-C18알킬이고, R4는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이며, m1은 0.5 내지 2의 값이고, n1은 6 내지 9의 값이며, n2는 1 내지 40의 값이다.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 일반식(3)의 비이온성 계면활성제(a), 일반식 (4)의 비이온성 계면활성제(b), 폴리아크릴산(c) 및 2-에틸헥실설페이트의 나트륨 염(d)을 포함하는 섬유 보조 제형을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 섬유 보조 제형이 액체 1ℓ당 0.1 내지 60ℓ, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 10ℓ의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  17. 제14항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 처리된 섬유 물질.
