Abstract
이 발명은 단열성을 가지며 몰비 2∼4.5(SiO2: M2O)의 디옥사이드(SiO2)와 알칼리금속산화물(M2)(M은 알칼리금속)로 구성되는 발포알칼리금속 실리케이트입자를 기재로 한 성형체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 그 발포알칼리금속 실리케이트입자 100중량부와 모노알루미늄포스페이트(Al(H2Po4)3)수용액을 그 혼합물 중 Si : Al의 몰비가 1∼60으로 되게 혼합시켜 그 혼합물을 미리 선택한 몰드내에 넣어 그 혼합물을 원체적의 20-80%로 콤팩팅(compacting)시켜 성형체를 얻으며, 그 성형체를 그 알칼리금속 실리케이트입자와 그 모노알루미늄 포스페이트 사이의 화학적반응결합이 발생할 때까지 온도 100-500℃로 가열시키는 제조방법이다.
또, 이 발명은 단열재 및 음의 차단재로서 이와같은 성형체의 사용에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 단열성을 가지며 몰비 2∼4.5(SiO2: M2O)의 실리콘디옥사이드(SiO2)와 알칼리금속산화물(M2O)(M은 알칼리금속)로 구성되는 발포알칼리금속 실리케이트입자를 기재로 한 성형체의 제조방법에 있어서, a) 그 혼합물중 Si : Al 몰비가 1∼60이 되도록 그 발포알칼리금속 실리케이트입자 100중량부와 모노알루미늄 포스페이트(Al(H2Po4)3)수용액과 혼합시켜, b) 그 혼합물을 미리 선택한 몰드내에 넣어 그 혼합물을 원체적의 20-80%로 콤팩팅시켜(compacting) 성형체(shapel body)를 얻으며, c) 그 성형체를 그 알칼리금속 실리케이트입자와 그 모노알루미늄 포스페이트수용액 사이에 화학적반응결함이 발생할 때까지 온도 100-500℃로 가열시킴을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 그 모노알루미늄 포스페이트수용액의 모노알루미늄 포스페이트 함량은 5∼60wt%임을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이 제조방법의 공정(a)에 따라 혼합하기 전에 무기질유백제0∼30wt%(알칼리금속 실리케이트 입자의 양을 기준)를 그 모노알루미늄 포스페이트 수용액에 현탁시킴을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이 제조방법의 공정(a)에서는 모노알루미늄 포스페이트수용액을 알칼리금속 실리케이트입자상에 분무시킴을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이 제조방법의 공정 b)에서는 선택한 몰드가 플레이트, 프로파일(profiles) 또는 파이프를 성형하는 몰드임을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 그 성형체는 기계적처리를 하며, 이 성형체에 접착할 수 있는 종이 또는 필름을 구비하고, 독립코팅(closed coating)을 구성하거나 가스를 배기시킴 기밀한 커버링(covering)내에 패킹(packing)시킴을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 단열에 쓰이는 성형체.
- 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 음의차단(sound insulation)에 쓰이는 성형체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
